“Updating my review to 5-Star, I was very much in the wrong as to what pricing was for built sets compared to certified sets when I had left a 1-star review. I received a phone call from the manager of the store and was made aware of why it was missing pieces. She also offered an option to fix the issue but I declined due to having already fixed the issue. The staff were very friendly and the place is a must to visit for Lego builders!”
“Good selection, employees are helpful. But: they don't offer gift receipts! We stopped in for a birthday gift, and were told that's only during the holiday season. If you want people to buy birthday gifts here, you need to offer gift receipts.”
“Reviews of being disorganized were unfounded. There was wall to wall stuff but a definite method to the madness and most were reasonably priced. A nice selection of all kinds of nerdom. Complaints of bad service... I'd have to agree. We were met with a gruff "lemmeknowifyouneedanything" as the man then shut himself in the back room quite literally until we left and then he emerged when we opened the door. It was fine for us bc we were perusing but it certainly did not amplify our experience.”
“I came to get a bear with a recording of my late grandfather's voice. The worker, Amber, was amazing. She helped get the perfect recording from my phone. Amber was amazing as grief hits at random times and she was fantastic.”

I didn't know the difference between Xbox systems and they walked me through it with such ease and didn't make me feel like a moron for not knowing they explained everything and helped me make the best choice and I couldn't be happier.”
“I had to make this review in response to the previous review written by Cameron Tapscott. It is appalling blatant lying is allowed on these reviews so allow me to set the record straight as a customer who stood in line for 45 minutes prior to GameStop opening this morning. In total there was a line of about 30 of us before the store opened. The manager opened the store approximately 15 minutes early in respect to us customers that arrived early and were waiting in line outside in the cold. The person putting the employees on blast in the previous review would not have gotten any cards regardless if the store opened at 10am as opposed to 945am as the rest of us who had prepared to buy Blooming Waters Pokemon cards knew to arrive early enough to get a spot in line before they sold out. The employees should be praised for opening early and preventing us from waiting any longer in the frigid cold than we already did.”
