I had a huge issue occur dealing with another bank as well as us bank on my side, Eric and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure all of my issues were resolved.

I had an appointment to get some documents notarized. Chandler was the notary and she provided great customer service. The documents had to be filled out a certain way. She looked over everything with me, followed all the directions and was very patient. I really appreciate the prompt and thorough service.
