“Absolutely 5 stars, if I could give more I would. I worked with Ali, he was great to work with. I purchased an F250 at this dealer. I came from 5 hours away to purchase the vehicle, Ali was so great through the whole process and took me on a video tour throughout the whole vehicle. He showed me everything and was very upfront about every detail of the truck. I made the 5 hour trip and can say that it absolutely was worth it. Test driving was great as I was afforded the opportunity to drive and inspect the vehicle without being hounded by any sales people. I absolutely can not say enough about Auto Tronix and Ali. I will definitely look to them for any of my future needs.”

I bought a used car ( as is) after a while I notice the brake bads and rotors needed to be replaced, I got an estimate for two different shops and I was going to pay over 800 dollars, I called the dealership and the gentleman told me to bring it in, he ended up replacing everything plus fixing a small issue with the trunk and the washer fluids at 0 charge. Will definitely come back in the future and referr any family members and friends to them.. 5 starts”

“The technician hit a snag during his repair but the dealership took responsibility and handled it very satisfactorily. I would only suggest a daily update call since it took longer than expected due to a delay in obtaining a part, (not the dealers fault). Very happy with the end result and was done at a fair price. “When I arrived at the lot time there was a lot least 2 or 3 staff members greeting me and taking care of me. I have always bought my card cash and from private sellers so as a first time buyer at a dealership I didn’t know what to expect but they more than met my expectations. Manager made the experience hassle free, he asked about what I was looking for and my budget then without wasting time he checked my credit and gave me a range of selection within my budget to choose a car. After test driving a couple cars I settled for a nice mustang. I can’t express how much I enjoy the truck and not having to deal with shady dealership staff.
