“I cannot say enough good things about John at Lexington Auto Collision! I took my 2024 Tesla to him on a Monday and my car was ready by Friday afternoon... I was amazed by the turnaround time!
He painted my front bumper, adjusted the driver's fender, fixed the bottom trim pieces, repaired the wheel well trims, corrected the gap between the hood and bumper, touched up the rear bumper, and honestly did even more than I expected.
John is kind, genuine, honest, professional, and does incredible work at an affordable price. My car looks amazing, and I am so grateful I found him. It’s hard to find someone who truly cares about doing quality work and treating people right, but John does both. Highly, highly recommend!”

She made sure I was guided through the process making sure I had everything I needed, including not forgetting my garage door opener! Tyler was my estimator. He did a wonderful job! He looked at my car where it had been damaged from an accident and walked me through what needed to be done for the repair. He was very kind, considerate, patient and knowledgeable. He also repaired a spot on my hood that I had gotten cabinet paint on-and did not charge me for his time, but did it as a courtesy (a service I was willing to pay for). I received text messages as well as phone calls throughout the process to update me on the process. They even washed my car before I picked up so I would have a clean car. “Chris at CK Autobody is just the nicest guy! We aren’t from Lexington and were considering buying a used car from a shop there but wanted to have a quick inspection to put our minds at ease. We called Chris randomly and he willingly agreed to do this for us with the car dealer taking the vehicle to him. Luckily he’s open on Saturdays and even FaceTimed with us to show what he was doing. “Shortly after putting just over 1,000 miles on my new truck, I side-swiped a tree while backing down my driveway at the lake. Not exactly how I planned to break it in.
I called my insurance agent, Ryan McCord at Kentucky Farm Bureau, and one of the shops he referred me to was Nate Walls at Cockrell’s Collision Repair. Nate and his crew got me in the same day to look at my truck and had a quote back to me quickly. I decided to move forward the very next day, and Nate told me it should be done within a week.
Then we got hammered with snow.
Despite that, Nate texted me the following Tuesday to let me know my truck was ready. Most people weren’t even going to work on Monday or Tuesday, but Cockrell’s was. That alone says a lot.
Because of their work ethic, quick communication, and great leadership from Nate, they’ve earned my future business and my future referrals. If you’re looking for a body shop that shows up and does what they say they’ll do, this is the place.
