“I love U.S. Bank! I've been banking with them for years, and I've never had an issue with anything. I often visit the downtown Louisville location, because I work downtown and that is a convenient location for me, but I occasionally visit this branch when I'm in the St. Matthews area. I have always had excellent service at this location. I have done deposits and withdrawals here, as well as cashed in and deposited change. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They're always smiling and talking with customers, which makes for a great bank visit. I definitely recommend this location of U.S. Bank!”

“Gas and Food! If you're ever in the Riverport area and need some gas, I would strongly urge you to come to this marathon. Places like this are so convenient when you're on the go. Unfortunately, it's all Trans Fat they serve up but it's good stuff. Since they are surrounded by manufacturing warehouses, the lunch lines can get a little irritating. Keep in mind shifts start around 6-7am,so lunch begins around 10 lasting until noon. You know it's good food when there's a line everyday.”

“This was the 1st time at this Chase branch. The branch near me did away with all the tellers so I was directed to this branch. When I drove up it looked like they were closed but the hours posted other wise. I went in and was the only customer at the time. I was greeted right away, asked how they can help then offered coffee &/or water. The 2 guys I worked with were very professional and polite. I also found out that the employees park away from the bank so there is more room for the customers. Of course this branch still has tellers and that's what I was looking for.”

“This particular office of Chase Bank is like an upgraded ATM with two live bankers. Here they have let go of the teller role, which makes this old cashier nervous. But Alejandra reassured me that several of the other locations do have tellers - so I am thinking of this location as an ATM+. As Alejandra - one of the personal bankers - walked by me, I quickly shouted my question: "Is there any way I can get a new account without a picture ID?" Alejandra was just about as sweet and engaging as you can be when the answer is simply, "No". "How else can somebody send me money? I have lost my wallet and don't have any of my ID's or any cash!" There followed a maybe three-minute, very helpful brainstorming session between Alejandra and me and the young guy who she had come out of the office to help - who turned out to be another employee, Alston, on an off day. It was Alston who came up with the idea of using the Apple Pay on my phone. I think that is going to somehow play a role in solving my dilemma. Alston and Alejandra were both great at customer service and also very good problem-solvers. I would be delighted to have either of them as my cashier or my personal banker.”

“What can you say about a ATM? It has easy drive-up access. It's at the corner of 7th and Hill in alibaba's Smoke Shop parking lot. It's right on the bus line. Even though it's well-lit I wouldn't recommend using it after Dark because of the neighborhood.”

“I'm not sure what the other long review was all about. Ive been using syb for over a decade and I've always been able to use multiple devices without trouble. Sounds to me like a him problem. The only thing I would change is the availability of their customer service. If you have a problem on a Friday after six it better not be that important because you won't speak to anyone until Monday morning. I think that is very disregarding to their clients and customers. Also, something irritating is that every time I go to make a purchase for from a website that is not based in the US it declines the purchase and sometimes turns off my card. For example I play the Sims4 and buy expansions from a site called g2a because its cheaper. It never let's me buy my games and I have to call every time and if it's a weekend its impossible. So yeah they definitely need to work on those things at least if they want to be a better bank.”

“Quickest drive through service in Louisville. This bank layout actually makes sense. They go out of the way to help you. I know it's always clean inside and they offer you water or coffee. Only downside is the atm. It always has a huge line and can be finicky.”

“This speedway gets a solid 5 stars for 3 reasons. Reason number one, Everytime I go they have chocolate milk in stock and that never fails, reason number two their cafe really is nice and it's the only speedway close to me that has one (that I know of), and number 3, the staff is always friendly. I typically go here to get gas because they are very close to where I live and it's the speedway that satisfies my chocolate milk need and my tornado needs, absolutely love those. They have a wide selection in food at the cafe so that's a plus and they typically keep the place tidy and need. As to the crowd, you get your typicals that usually camp out the area and some people might consider them creepy, I consider them the typical fegenbush crowd and my fellow Louisville inhabitants.”
