“I had a complicated issue with my Hot Topic app account that customer support wasn’t able to resolve remotely, and I was feeling pretty frustrated! Not until I met Jane and Nick. Despite how busy the store was, both of them went out of their way to help me in person with patience, professionalism, and genuine care.
While juggling other tasks and assisting other customers, they took the time to sit down with me and troubleshoot the problem step-by-step. They even wrote down notes while we worked through the issue together to make sure nothing was missed. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare, and I honestly didn’t expect it whatsoever.
On top of that, Jane personally helped me adjust and fit a belt I needed for a convention I was attending. She took the time to make sure it fit just right, with care and style advice that made a big difference. Her enthusiasm and kindness made the whole experience not just helpful, but genuinely fun.

“Part of me does not want to write this review. If I share with you that this is my favorite second hand store, I may miss out on that fabulous Kate Spade bag or that Lilly Pulitzer dress. No, I can’t tell you about this. They are constantly changing out their items and sharing fabulous finds on Instagram. They are so savvy and fashion forward. I’ve honestly found some of my favorite things here. No, I can’t tell you this. Then you’re going to catch all the good finds. At least Stella’s has plenty of incredible options to share with all. “This place is a little above my price range. A very knowledgeable gentleman named Jim Hines was quick to adjust his suggestions accordingly. Equally quick to assess my size and needs. He explained that I required a slightly smaller size than I had been wearing and he was right. After some alterations my beautiful suit fits like a glove and makes me feel fantastic. Another gentleman helped out and was also very good at his job, so I think the staff is well-educated in their craft. Rodes is the Gold Standard in Louisville. You owe it to yourself to visit.”
“Went in this long standing Louisville Local Shop for flowers and came out with some lovely things. Plan on spending about an hour looking at all the traditional furnishings. ALSO A GREAT PLACE FOR: Gifts , Clothing, Ahrtwork, and Furniture, Candles and much more. My flowers have lasted foever.”
“I called to inquire on a reel, line etc. A young man named Matt helped me, he answered all my questions about reels, backing, line and leaders. I ended up ordering all of it. He was most helpful when I had questions about leader use.
