Costco Tire Center is a popular tire service provider known for its excellent customer service and competitive pricing. According to customer reviews, the store boasts a clean and well-maintained environment, including spotless bathrooms. The tire center's staff is consistently praised for their kindness and helpfulness. Customers appreciate the road hazard warranty included in their tire purchases, which covers any issues caused by road debris. Many reviewers mention the ease of getting their tires repaired or replaced at no additional cost when they encounter a flat or other problem. While the majority of experiences are positive, one customer did express frustration with a self-checkout associate who seemed to ignore them. However, this appears to be an isolated incident, as other reviews highlight the store's commitment to assisting all customers equally. The tire center's managers also receive high praise for their exceptional problem-solving skills and integrity. One customer, who was initially promised a set of tires that did not fit their car, was impressed by the manager's willingness to go the extra mile to find the right tires and get the job done the same day. Overall, Costco Tire Center is highly regarded for its reliable services, fair pricing, and dedicated staff who strive to ensure a great customer experience.

Great experience, both with Robert and Isaac from the team. We bought a new set of tires and 5 days later, got a flat from a screw in the road. Having the road hazard warranty included in our purchase price was great, but having their service to help get a hard to find tire in quickly was even better. Thank you!

This store needs more motorized wheelchairs. There are four chairs and often there are long waits for them. A store like Walmart which is half of the size of Costco with far less people, maintains 12 wheelchairs. I don't really understand why they don't have additional chairs based on the obvious need there is.
