“I bought a set of tires a few years ago with Sam's and came in today to use the lifetime flat repair. I'd scheduled an appointment the night before using their call center. The staff in the tire center were very helpful and advised me that in the future, to utilize their roadside assistance instead of what I did- inflating my leaking tire and driving to them, as I risked causing damage to the rim and suspension, as well as risked voiding my lifetime warranty on the tires. They were nice about my mistake, and they even tracked me down in the store cafe when my phone didn't have service and was not receiving their calls that my repair was done. Big thank you to the mechanic, Robert, and to Flor, the associate who helped me. Both were very professional.”
“I have been shopping at the Costco on Bardstown Road for years, and their liquor selection is easily one of the best parts of being a member. The variety is excellent, covering everything from bourbon, vodka, gin, tequila, and scotch to a wide range of wines and seasonal specialties. As a bourbon fan, I especially appreciate the Kirkland Signature bottles made in Kentucky—great quality at a fraction of what you’d pay at other liquor stores.
Prices here are hard to beat. Whether I’m picking up a bottle of bourbon, a case of wine, or even champagne for a celebration, the savings compared to local liquor shops really add up. Larger format bottles make the value even better.
The section itself is well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate. Staff are friendly and quick to answer questions or point me in the right direction if I’m looking for something specific. I’ve discovered new labels here while also finding all of my go-to favorites.

“Found a posting on Facebook about being able to order fresh ground beef. 80/20. Placed my order on Tuesday - picked it up Wednesday right before close. 3 pm. Not sure of the normal procedures - we went during the virus shutdown. Rang the bell and waited our turn , she processed the payment and went to the back to get a small white box. The box was labeled and sealed with all the proper stickers. Inside the box was one large vacuum sealed bag of ground beef. Looks good. Going to break it up later tonight and freeze. Side note - not familiar with downtown. They are located on the right last business before the train tracks. And some amazing mural work. They have several other things not just beef, next time I think we are going to try the crawfish.”

“Serves it purpose of getting your vehucle fueled up. One way in, one way out cuts diwn on confusion. Pump #4 can be a hassle for most. A man was trying to get gas and had to put hus card in 8 times before it was accepted. It only took one try for me. Prices are usually lower than other non Sam's Club gas stations.”

“Let me start by saying I love Costco. I always have. Lately though, their produce has not been great quality and I've had to throw a lot away shortly after buying it because of mold. On multiple occasions I've got some home and realized it was already molded. I'm not sure what has changed because they used to have top tier products. Everything else is great.”
“Receiving is not open until 3pm. Walmart reefer has priority, so expect to wait in case one shows up before you get in the door. Other than that everything else is fine.”

“Great experience, both with Robert and Isaac from the team. We bought a new set of tires and 5 days later, got a flat from a screw in the road. Having the road hazard warranty included in our purchase price was great, but having their service to help get a hard to find tire in quickly was even better. Thank you!”
“I have used Costco tire center since my membership 8 yr ago. I purchased a set of tires and have had routine rotations for warranty coverage. Several times I have found it difficult to reach a service member by phone noting that the tire center employees were responsible for taking calls and waiting on customers as well.
Today a completely different story and experience. I did make my appointment ahead of time for flat tire. I was greeted by Victoria, a very pleasant smiling young lady who took my information for service. I was told my wait would be approximately 1 hour to 1 1/2 which I was prepared for that. ALSO there is now designating parking area for the tire center guests. And I was happy to not have to return to my car to place the number hat on the roof of my car as I have just had knee surgery.
Believe it or not my wait was ONLY 45 minutes!!!! HAPPY! Then at check out Victoria reviewed my service sheet instructed to return 25 miles for torque check and even calculated mileage for return rotation visit!
WAY to Costco for listening and making changes! Also thank you to the service techs for your work and your timely management!”
