Lots of country items to choose from, many local items too. The majority of the items to purchase are food but they definitely have toys and candy for kids and the young at heart…speaking of which…there is an entire outdoor play area for children. There is a walk up eatery to enjoy while your in the back and animals to feed. Plenty of wheelchair accessible parking and picnic tables to enjoy your purchases., both in the front. Not sure of the normal procedures - we went during the virus shutdown. Rang the bell and waited our turn , she processed the payment and went to the back to get a small white box. The box was labeled and sealed with all the proper stickers. Inside the box was one large vacuum sealed bag of ground beef. Looks good. Going to break it up later tonight and freeze. Side note - not familiar with downtown. They are located on the right last business before the train tracks. And some amazing mural work. They have several other things not just beef, next time I think we are going to try the crawfish.”

“I recently met with Lee at the Hearing Air Center on Brownsboro Road. I was given an appointment immediately and Lee was ready for me when I arrived. He completed a very thorough hearing evaluation and explained the findings in depth with me. He did not try to hard sell me on a hearing aid or push one particular brand over an other. He explained the benefits of each hearing device and allowed me to make an informed decision. I choose the rechargeable Bluetooth Jabra Enhanced Pro 10 Mini, and I am very pleased with my choice. Not only did the Jabra hearing aids come with a generous return policy but also, a very sound warranty. I can stop into any Costco, at any time, should I need an adjustment, cleaning or earpiece domes, at no charge. Last but certainly not least, the cost of the Jabra hearing aids were far less at Costco than they would have been elsewhere. I went back a week later to pick up my hearing aids, at which time Lee showed me how to wear them, care for them, downloaded the app, etc. I have been extremely pleased with my hearing aids and have not experienced any discomfort or issues. I saw Lee again two weeks later and he made a minor adjustment in the phone frequency. The biggest change I have noticed is my ability to hear everyone clearly in large meeting rooms. I am also hearing the squeaky wooden floors in my old house, which I had forgotten squeaked. I highly recommend Lee Weinert at Costco, Brownsboro Rd. Louisville, KY for your hearing aid needs.”

In 2024, I was extremely tired and annoyed with Walgreens - never having medications on time, long waits inside the store and in drive-thru, and sometimes rude employees. So, I switched to Sam's Club and they're amazing. Every employee is very kind and helpful. If they are out of a medication, they will order it and it's usually available within 2 business days. And although there's no drive thru, there is almost NEVER a wait inside at the pharmacy counter. Highly recommend Sam's Club on Preston for your pharmacy needs!”

“I bought a set of tires a few years ago with Sam's and came in today to use the lifetime flat repair. I'd scheduled an appointment the night before using their call center. The staff in the tire center were very helpful and advised me that in the future, to utilize their roadside assistance instead of what I did- inflating my leaking tire and driving to them, as I risked causing damage to the rim and suspension, as well as risked voiding my lifetime warranty on the tires. They were nice about my mistake, and they even tracked me down in the store cafe when my phone didn't have service and was not receiving their calls that my repair was done. “My wife and I finished shopping just before closing and came back to our car to find a badly damaged flat tire. To make matters worse, my spare tire was also flat. The Tire Center team immediately stepped in to help. They aired up my spare, attempted to install it, and discovered it wasn't even compatible with my vehicle. Jackson L. carefully inspected my damaged tire and explained that he wasn't comfortable repairing it because he was genuinely concerned about my safety. I mentioned that all four of my tires were overdue for replacement and that I planned to come back the next day. Instead of sending me home, Jackson stayed about an hour after closing and replaced all four tires so my wife and I could get home safely that night. He never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. He was professional, kind, honest, and clearly cared more about doing the right thing than watching the clock. Customer service like this is rare these days. Jackson L. is an incredible employee, and Costco is lucky to have him. Thank you to Jackson and the entire Tire Center team for going above and beyond.”

Sam's Club, the Walmart-owned warehouse retailer, announced it's launching pizza delivery nationwide, bringing its popular $8.98 Member's Mark 16-inch Hot Baked Pizza straight to customers' doorsteps. By the end of May, all Sam's Club members can order the oversized pies for express delivery through the retailer's app or website.
