“I recently met with Lee at the Hearing Air Center on Brownsboro Road. I was given an appointment immediately and Lee was ready for me when I arrived. He completed a very thorough hearing evaluation and explained the findings in depth with me. He did not try to hard sell me on a hearing aid or push one particular brand over an other. He explained the benefits of each hearing device and allowed me to make an informed decision. I choose the rechargeable Bluetooth Jabra Enhanced Pro 10 Mini, and I am very pleased with my choice. Not only did the Jabra hearing aids come with a generous return policy but also, a very sound warranty. I can stop into any Costco, at any time, should I need an adjustment, cleaning or earpiece domes, at no charge. Last but certainly not least, the cost of the Jabra hearing aids were far less at Costco than they would have been elsewhere. I went back a week later to pick up my hearing aids, at which time Lee showed me how to wear them, care for them, downloaded the app, etc. I have been extremely pleased with my hearing aids and have not experienced any discomfort or issues. I saw Lee again two weeks later and he made a minor adjustment in the phone frequency. The biggest change I have noticed is my ability to hear everyone clearly in large meeting rooms. I am also hearing the squeaky wooden floors in my old house, which I had forgotten squeaked. I highly recommend Lee Weinert at Costco, Brownsboro Rd. Louisville, KY for your hearing aid needs.”

“Found a posting on Facebook about being able to order fresh ground beef. 80/20. Placed my order on Tuesday - picked it up Wednesday right before close. 3 pm. Not sure of the normal procedures - we went during the virus shutdown. Rang the bell and waited our turn , she processed the payment and went to the back to get a small white box. The box was labeled and sealed with all the proper stickers. Inside the box was one large vacuum sealed bag of ground beef. Looks good. Going to break it up later tonight and freeze. Side note - not familiar with downtown. They are located on the right last business before the train tracks. And some amazing mural work. They have several other things not just beef, next time I think we are going to try the crawfish.”

“Started coming here to fill meds for my dog (way cheaper than CVS) then realized my dog was getting better service here than we were at CVS. They are fast and do not seem to fall behind like other chain pharmacies. My daughter’s dr sent prescription in at 5:30 on a Friday and by 6:15 Costco texted it was ready. They will also call quickly if your meds are on order unlike CVS. The only downside is when I have to drag my kid across Costco to pick up (it can be busy in store). I’m also not sure what their stock is like for liquid meds for children.”

“I put my cake order in for my parent’s ANNIVERSARY on Friday, 05/26 to get picked up on Wednesday, 05/31. Before I left on Friday, 05/26 I made sure I told the woman working the size etc. I asked her to go over the details with me and she did, I also was given a purple ticket, which meant I was good and just needed to show this to pick up. Today is Wednesday 05/31 I came to “pick up” at 10:45 am and was told the cake was not made because I did not check a cake size or flavor, which was discussed with the woman and she even went over all the details with me, she told me buttercream and I made sure to tell her 10 inc. Well here we are today 05/31 no cake was made. Also they were extremely rude to a woman trying to put in an order stating those days were full to get cupcakes which was this weekend they did not even try compromising.UPDATE: I finally spoke with a manager, which I apologize because I forgot his name but he was extremely helpful and understanding! He was able to accommodate me today and I am thankful but I hope this never happens to anyone else!”

“Serves it purpose of getting your vehucle fueled up. One way in, one way out cuts diwn on confusion. Pump #4 can be a hassle for most. A man was trying to get gas and had to put hus card in 8 times before it was accepted. It only took one try for me. Prices are usually lower than other non Sam's Club gas stations.”

“Been coming in a lot recently for the most part everything is amazing staff for the most part they are always there to help get things down and helping me figure out when certain things aren’t in and they have the BEST management ever my ONLY complaint is the lady at the front she is very rude and clearly hates her job I’ve been standing at the front and she had made eye contact with me and continued to ignore me I really hope they fix the front desk it’s so hard to figure stuff out most the time”
