The pharmacists don't seem to know regulations and don't bother to call when they learn they were wrong. I have been waiting for nearly a month for medicine and for reimbursement of $80.00. All people make mistakes but there is no excuse for not calling when they realize that the information they have given was wrong.

I love this CVS location. The staff is helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond. This is easily one of the best pharmacies I have ever used.
