Being told the pharmacist is pushing it through is false. Obviously they need more help and I feel for employees who are stuck dealing with irate customers when it’s a corporate issue. Kathleen is an excellent employee and deserves a raise. We’re looking at Walgreens.

Literally all the negative reviews are correct. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in Louisville. I’m a very patient and understanding customer but everything about my experience here was an absolute joke. Get ready to wait for weeks for your prescriptions and be rudely spoken to by the techs. 🙃

I will be switching! I have given them grace after they decided to just randomly close right before we had the huge snowstorm. Repeatedly they do not have prescriptions on time! Communication and customer service is lacking. It's sad
