βBest gas prices. It never takes too long even if the lines are long. I like that the hoses stretch to either side of the car. The staff is friendly and they keep the area clean. No bathroomβ
βNormally you're not supposed to tell repair shops that you don't know anything about cars for fear that they'll take advantage of you. That was absolutely not the case here. They were kind, patient in educating me on what the issue was and what my options were. They helped me find an affordable solution that allows me to get back on the road SAFELY and get to where I need to go. I can't recommend them enough!! I am blown away by their service and professionalism! I will definitely be back again!! 10/10 they truly set the mark of how you're supposed to run a business!!β

Here are tips to improve the customer experience.
At your self checkout add a hand scanner. These are heavy whole sale products. Why is the customer picking up these items to be scanned on a fixed scanner? This is a liability issue. What if the customer twists the wrong way and hurts their back? They are inside the costco warehouse and this is avoidable.
Another issue is if a membership is about to expire. The checkout will ask if the customer if they would like to re-new this is good. The problem is that if they do not want to re-new. The prompt makes it hard for them to continue checking out. If this happens to enough people there could be a class action law suit for.
-Aggressive and unfair sales tactics
-Undue influence
-Misrepresentation and fraud
Lastly your prices are no longer competitive enough to justify the membership.
I hope this review is taken seriously I mean no ill will. As I am a shareholder. If you succeed I succeed I'll be attending the next shareholders meeting to ask these questions.β

βWhat can I really say it's a gas station. I guess I can say it was great putting gas into my car lol. Same selctions for gas every where else has basically. Prices are decent when you have fuel points to take cents off. Smooth pumps lol.β
βKroger Gas Service Centers are Great!! Besides the Convenience of Being Able to Gas up After your Shopping. You can save 10 cents per gallon for every one hundred points that you accumulate just for buying your groceries. It really is a great and fast way to Gas up. And the savings per gallon is always a plus, too.β
βAfter 9, no lottery or drinks or snacks! Great employees tho, I think the girls name is Ashley or Nicole, she has sandy blonde hair and glasses, she's the best attendant there. Such a sweety and always remembers what I get and has it ready by the time I get up to counter!!β

βI highly recommend this service center for your auto needs. My water pump went out and damaged the belt tensioner on the serpentine belt. What a headache right?Well, the great service at Davis Service Center made a bad experience better. They didn't try to overcharge me and the turnaround on the repair was great! I brought my vehicle in on Friday and got it back Monday morning good as new!β
βI always enjoy using Kroger fuel so I get gas points and of course with our gas prices being so high right now every $.30 off counts very well. So this is a good station that is an easy in and out pumpβ

βGreat place to get gas and enjoy some discounts. But get you some Heet and put it in every now and again for removal of the water in the gas ! Iβve been told by my mechanic there was water in my gas tank and this Kroger is usually my go to so..β

βServes it purpose of getting your vehucle fueled up. One way in, one way out cuts diwn on confusion. Pump #4 can be a hassle for most. A man was trying to get gas and had to put hus card in 8 times before it was accepted. It only took one try for me. Prices are usually lower than other non Sam's Club gas stations.β

βI stop in a few times a week on the way to/from work β the staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. I never have to wait more than a minute or two at the register. Very clean facilities. Great inventory/stock, from drinks to snacks to alcohol. I go out of my way to stop in vs. going to a different gas station. Now open 24 hours too.β

βI am a long time fan of speedway, mainly due to their points that you can earn to get free stuff or things knocked off of whatever your purchase is. Especially the gas price perks that come along with being a member of their point program. This place here always seems to have friendly workers, who are always very informative about whatever sale they have going on and try to help you out to save a dollar. I really like this one because it's right beside the expressway and I do a lot of work over at the fairgrounds.β

βHad a hole punched through my tire by a nail in the road and was looking for somewhere within walking distance of my house to get it patched. Figured I'd be out $50-60 bucks for the tire patch, but saw Melton's had good reviews and decided to swing by (I'm usually a Les Swabb or Costco Tire type). Tom helped me out and was quick, thorough, kind, and charged much less than I had braced for. It seems like an very honest mechanic and I will be returning when Louisville inevitably claims another one of my tires~β

Update... Store was sold. Its no longer Sav A Step. Now called BP Smyrna. That family vibe is dwindling, prices going up, running off loyal regular customers. I now have to leave the place i loved, coworkers i adore, and customers that feel more like family because of new management. Its so sad.β

βLove this speedway I come in at least 4 times a week. Brittany is so sweet always asking how I'm feeling since I've had some medical issues the past 3 months. She is the best. Also Mitchell knows the type of cigarettes I need when I come in . That's great customer service. These 2 employees are my favoritesβ
βThe Owner Sam is a real standup guy. I goto the gas station 5 mornings a week as I workout next door, and Sam (or anyone else) is always very friendly. They have a secondary location closer to my house that does nice as well.β
