This afternoon my Hippa Rights were violated by the lead Pharmacist (Israel). He disclosed my personal medical history without my permission. Degrading me in front of staff and strangers. I have contacted OCR to investigate this matter. Lawsuit will be filed in pursuit of this never happening to anyone else.
