Closed at all times no matter when you go or what day. I've tried multiple tines during their posted schedule with no success. If this place was permanently closed down, everyone in Louisville would rejoice.

Hang up never answering call send you off provider leave information. Cannot find out about your prescription unless you go in drive through closed!
