“Delivered here for the first time and it was smooth and easy.
I suggest pulling in to sight side the small dock which I used. There is sufficient space to easily sight. I ended up blind siding due to arriving prior to opening which was not as convenient for staff parking. Slide your tandems.
Staff was helpful and unloaded rather quickly.
Not 5 stars because one of their drivers offered more of an attitude than called for, but on his part he did promptly apologize....we all have bad days.
Seems like a decent company from my view.”
“Growers PARADISE!!! I genuinely love this place. They stock great products for us home growers. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right product for your needs. They have plant starts and even build cedar boxes. If you are new to gardening then they will help get you growing. They also sell compost soil by the scoop. The Flea off Market is held in the parking lot often and is a cool little market.”

“This was my second trip to Petals. I walk with a walker so I came through Digs (which has beautiful things), they were gracious enough to widen the isles for me and I made it to Petals. The saleswoman helped me pick out a very healthy beautiful pathos and a special ceramic pot for a birthday. She wrapped it up for me and carried it out to my car. I couldn't ask for better service or a more quality product. I will definitely be back.”

“The folks at SiteOne could not have been better to work with! From the first interaction to final delivery and even checking in afterwards to see how the project turned out, they were helpful, supportive and encouraging. They talked with me extensively about what I was trying to achieve and what kind of stone I was looking for, and then helped find me find the perfect stone at a fantastic price.As a DIYer with no actual experience in this sort of project I never felt burdensome or “talked down to.” Instead they patiently stepped me through the things I should consider and tools I might need. I will be back for all my future hardscaping project!”
“It seems like they have cut down on employees working the floor to help customers. That or they have assigned them other duties to do on top of their old duties. But at least you can always find someone to help you, eventually. Store seems to always be clean and pretty well stocked. I will shop there in the future. Plenty of parking too.”

“When I was checking out, I realized I grabbed the wrong product. Emma was checking me out at the time. Instead of pointing me in the correct direction and wander around looking for help, Emma walked me to the area, helped me find the sales associate for that section, and also helped me look for the correct product. This was one of the best interactions I have had at a store. The store was extremely busy but Emma taking the time to help created a great/memorable customer interaction! Emma is a Rockstar employee!!”
“Father's Day and an exhaust fan return brought us to this Home Depot, a location I haven't visited. Like other spots they had a huge parking lot. We were greeted quickly and our return took only a couple of minutes. My husband wanted a trimmer for his Father's Day gift. He'd done his research and one was in the cart after another five minutes. While waiting for him I was impressed with their line of grills and smokers. We browsed their paint colors for awhile. They had many options and the cards were nicely organized for shoppers. We grabbed a few options to take home to view under our lights. Checkout was quick and easy. Gift cards were available near checkout, and for options beyond Home Depot.”

“Menards store chain is brand new to the Louisville area, and it is a welcome addition to having Lowe's and Home Depot. I like that it is a different layout and concept than the other two. When you enter the single entrance to the store there is the combined customer return & service desk with only 1-2 employees. Also, there off to the side is a tool rental area where I assume the customer service desk people help you. To enter the store from here, you go tru a turnstile. Also, as you enter, there is a self-help area where you can pick up Menards' current sales ad and a printout of the stores layout to help you find things. All the employees I felt with were helpful and friendly. They have a little bit of everything. I recommend stopping by as soon as you get a chance , just make sure to allow plenty of time to browse, you might even want to pack a lunch or at least a snack...did I mention the have a small grocery section ? !”
“Contacted Home Depot (hurstbourne) through the app to purchase a storm door and have it installed. Communication was perfect. They scheduled the measurement. Soon after called me to confirm the door and handle I wanted. After payment, I was contacted a couple days later to do the install. Perfect from start to finish.
Installed a Anderson 3000 full view storm door. Installed by a Home Depot contractor.”
“Really appreciate store manager Christopher Nalley getting me a refund on an incomplete online order. I was credited $74 immediately to my debit card (for the delivery fee plus an apology credit towards future use in the store.) Then he immediately sent out the missing part of my order to me and waived the delivery charge. I didn't think customer service like this exists anymore.”
