Nope nope nope.....one person working for multiple companies. 45 minutes to pick up the car that was reserved in advance! Would give zero stars is that was possible.

take care with this people, they will steal koney from your card, make vieeos and pictures when u return the car and after they steal your money u will have to wait a long period to be solve so take care

We arrived to pickup our reserved car at the Louisville airport. Ourselves and the two people ahead of us in line were told there was no vehicle available and they would call us up in about an hour. We did not wait to see if it happened.
