“The employee at the UPS Store # 3152 in Middletown, KY who waited on me today 9/5/26 #195085 was very nice and helpful. He understood that my hearing aid was broken and took the time to communicate by writing notes. He completed my copy job while I went to a nearby store. He gave me the AARP discount also.”
“Store wasn't too busy today. Had to wait maybe five minutes or so. Team behind the counter were cranking through packages. As long as you're ready with proper packaging and documents, you'll get in and out fast.”

“Denise was nothing short of wonderful. She went above and beyond for me several times while I was exhibiting at a conference in the hotel. When the monitor I ordered arrived in a damaged box, she sourced a sturdy replacement that was ready when I needed it. When the sign I ordered did not arrive, she immediately offered to create a new one so I didn't miss a beat. The world needs more people like her. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! I'd give more stars if I could.”
“The people in this UPS location are amazing! I wish I got her name but a shorter woman who I believe is the manager was so helpful and had a young man come help me. Showed me how to navigate to the correct return options and made the process so easy when I was stressed out. Dixie hwy office was so rude and even tho I live out Dixie I will always come to this UPS store in the future! Thank you soooooo much for all the help and understanding!”

“Occasionally, they’re very long lines at this location. However, the lady that works the desk makes everything worth it. The customer service and friendliness she offers is what keeps me coming back. There is one coworker of hers there that is extremely rude and so I always try to interact with the lady there. I hope her supervisor will see this and know that she does an extraordinary job day after day.”

“I stopped into PostalAnnex because someone had told me that you can ship your FedEx and UPS packages I had to drop off both. I was so thrilled that you can go one place for all your shipping needs. The owner was very nice very accommodating. I accidentally went off and forgot one of my receipts. I called him. He took a picture and texted it to me, I will do business here until I retire ?”

“Excellent Staff from store Owner all the way down to Customer Service reps every single worker in this Store cares about the people of Louisville and each other I also happen to be a Mailbox owner specifically with this store from day 1 every staff member made sure I was who I was at first and then once they started to get used to who I was they greet me by name and we have small conversation while they check to see if I have any packages or mail. I give praise to everyone who works there I can't single anyone specifically out on who does a good job because they all do a great job. the franchise owner knows how to run a excellent store for sure as hands down 5 stars from me great job Store 5354.
