S.O.S. Shipping (FedEx) has a great and friendly staff who provide exceptional and warm service. They are always a great help, offering assistance with packing and with getting items in and out of the car. The store is bright and welcoming. They handle tasks with sympathy and care, making the experience a joy and very easy. The line moves fast. Customers are grateful for the great experience.
Expected a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter to be open on Tuesday, December 27. Guess my expectations are too high.

This was the second time this year to visit the store in Louisville and Jim helped me both times. My father and mother passed away 8 months apart and Jim helped me make easel back posters to honor them. He did so with such sympathy and care that it made the experience a joy. I will be forever grateful.
