Sam's Club Bakery is a popular destination for grocery shopping and more. The bakery offers a wide variety of baked goods and cakes at reasonable prices, with good customer service and excellent organization. However, there have been some issues with cake orders, where a customer's specific requests were not properly communicated or fulfilled. Despite this, the bakery has shown the ability to address and resolve such problems, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, the store has been praised for its convenient app-based payment system and the unexpected addition of fresh sushi offerings, which have been well-received by customers. Overall, Sam's Club Bakery provides a varied shopping experience with a focus on quality and customer service.
