I had to go in and return equipment and the people are quite rude. I sat the box of equipment ( their own box ) on the counter and the guy opened it and took out the modem and told me i need to keep the box and the rest of it that they do not need it, Well I dont need it either. Overall experience was bad

Came in and ran a holidays was in and out within 10 minutes. Great customer service got my needs met and everything taken care of.

I took my mother there to replace her equipment and the store was standing-room only. I least 20 people signed in ahead of us, but surprisingly it didn't take as I thought it would. We were in and out in about 40 minutes.
