“I've been really happy with my IGLou fiber services the past 6 months since I switched over from Spectrum. For install, they sent out an AT&T technician who was friendly and on time for my scheduled appointment for a quick fiber set-up. When I realized the fiber box placement would limit signal to the opposite end of my home (I had kept my Spectrum router more central), it was easy to request and pick up an Eero extender device at the IgLou office off Gilmore Lane, which added about $10 per month to my service. When I spoke with an associate, he even let me know upgrade and downgrade options in case I find that the Gigabit fiber didn't work for me or was too much. The online portal for payment is easy to navigate. I've recommended them to friends and family, and appreciate the people who shared about the company on Reddit, where I first heard of them.”

“I had a new roof put on and needed the satellite reinstalled to the roof. I called DirecTV and they said it would be 1 month before they could send somebody out! I called All Pro Satellite and within an hour somebody returned my call. They sent out a technician that very same day and had the satellite reinstalled within 30 minutes. Both the gentlemen I spoke to on the phone and the technician that did the install were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I will absolutely be recommending them to all my friends and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.”

“We are a small hvac company that uses spectrum services for our business. The owner needed to update our phones and went into the store and lost 3 hours dealing with a new service tech that refused to call for help after he requested him to several times. Just before walking out and ready to cancel all services he was approached by an young lady name Felicia. She also worked at spectrum and she went above and beyond to help. She stayed over her work time and break to aid in correcting the mistakes. He went back the next day to speak with the manager Jazz and she also was very helpful and great with communication. He decided to purchase another phone on top of the updates. All of the business passwords was unable to transfer and Felicia allowed him time to make all the changes he needed.
