“I've been really happy with my IGLou fiber services the past 6 months since I switched over from Spectrum. For install, they sent out an AT&T technician who was friendly and on time for my scheduled appointment for a quick fiber set-up. When I realized the fiber box placement would limit signal to the opposite end of my home (I had kept my Spectrum router more central), it was easy to request and pick up an Eero extender device at the IgLou office off Gilmore Lane, which added about $10 per month to my service. When I spoke with an associate, he even let me know upgrade and downgrade options in case I find that the Gigabit fiber didn't work for me or was too much. The online portal for payment is easy to navigate. I've recommended them to friends and family, and appreciate the people who shared about the company on Reddit, where I first heard of them.”
“I have been dreading this day for a long time. Switching 2 mobile lines and 5g home internet from another carrier. We were in and out in 30 minutes, internet ready to plug in (which worked perfectly when we got home), 2 new mobile phones, everything on the phones moved over, and complete process done. Let's just say that that the phone time it took me with Spectrum just to cancel internet took me a lot longer....Did I mention I'm saving $55 a month?? Shout out to Marnae (mobile expert) and Nick (store manager) for excellent customer service. Should have done this sooner.....”

“I always have good experiences at this store. Everyone has went above and beyond to help me after Samsung has given me the run around with the manufacturer warrenty. Jacob and Logan were awesome and so was the woman that helped me earlier ( I cant remember her name. ) I highly recommend this store. I do NOT recommend purchasing from Samsung directly and will never do so again. Their customer service is horrible and they will do anything and everything to get out of replacing and or fixing your defective device. I will get my devices from T-Mobile directly from here on out.”

“I had a new roof put on and needed the satellite reinstalled to the roof. I called DirecTV and they said it would be 1 month before they could send somebody out! I called All Pro Satellite and within an hour somebody returned my call. They sent out a technician that very same day and had the satellite reinstalled within 30 minutes. Both the gentlemen I spoke to on the phone and the technician that did the install were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I will absolutely be recommending them to all my friends and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.”

Not only did he get our phone traded in but he helped me understand every line on our account and helped lower our bill significantly. “This is a well deserved shout out to the crew at T-Mobile in Fern Creek. We have been customers at that location for a number of years. We recently upgraded a phone. Elie was very helpful in guiding us to a selection. He made the data transfer from old phone to new look easy. He was pleasant to deal with and didn't make us feel incompetent. Then, more recently, we went to the store seeking help for a different device. Kevin resolved our issue quickly. His knowledge and skill were apparent.
We will continue going to the Fern Creek store for future needs.”

“Our experience started with a misunderstanding about a promotion that was not applied as we were originally told. At first, we were very disappointed because we believed the issue could not be resolved.
However, Bethany continued working on our case even after our visit to the store. She kept us informed, got the promotion applied to our account, and made sure we received the appropriate credit. We truly appreciate that she followed through and didn’t give up until the problem was resolved.
While we hope Verizon can improve its process so situations like this don’t happen in the future, we also want to recognize Bethany’s professionalism, kindness, and persistence in making things right. A night and day experience compared to the 2 day nightmare we had with the Shelbyville Corp location. Who wasn't able to do anything other than spike our BP and cause a headache. The outterloop location deserves all the praise. “Not sure if we were lucky or if this location is less busy than others, but how nice to step into a store and be waited on immediately. Our issue was more complex than most but the staff worked together to reach the best possible outcome. We were treated like valued customers by the professional staff. Remember parking is in the rear. Bathroom is clean and if the process takes a minute, ask for a bottle of water. The management is very customer service oriented.”
