Can't walk in and rent a truck. Made me go home, schedule an appointment online and come back. I did that. I came back, she wanted to call and talk to 3 different people from my phone. I walked straight out.

For the life of me I can't reach anyone to pay my bill because I had to change my bank account due to theft. Customer service here SUCKS! Didn't have this problem at all with Cube Smart!
