“This was a very stressful situation. I called on Tuesday and because this is peak moving season was told they only had one day available left for the month of July and I had already given my 30 day notice so I said ok I'll take it when is it Sunday. Which Sunday this Sunday July 5 at 8:30 am. Ok with 4 days to pack sheesh‼ Sunday 8:30 nothing. I call come to find out they put a smaller move in front of us and nobody called to inform us that our moved got push back to 1:30pm. Now we're upset think we may not get moved. They arrived 1:25 got us packed at our 1st stop on to our storage unit. These guys work like a well oiled machine ‼‼ they got us moved to our new house and even finished the job 2 hours early. These guys were so professional

They got to work straight away, they very considerate about where we wanted things and how we wanted them. We so appreciated them working quickly and promptly as it’s been quite the long ordeal moving to E-town from Florida.

“This return was done thru Home Depot. The two workers were kind and patient. They had to wait on me for 10-15 minutes because I had to run out of the office and their call to me did not come thru until later. Fortunately, my boss had arrived just before I got back to the office. My only concern was that the vanity was not wrapped with any protection. Before loading, it was in excellent new condition. I hope it does not get scratched or damaged.”

“We were in the middle of packing up when we realized we needed more boxes and paper. We ordered supplies online, and when we got to the pickup location we found that the staff is super helpful and friendly. We also saw some additional products (moving blankets) that we were able to purchase on the spot. When looking at moving products for consumers, we found that big box stores and truck rental companies only offer smaller quantities for much higher prices. New Haven offers all of the moving supplies a regular person might need in quantities that make sense for regular people and at prices that are a great value. We just retired from active duty military service and I will recommend New Haven Moving Equipment to all of my military friends who have to make a PCS or retirement move.”

“The POD was very helpful in our move, but the delivery times were unreliable. Despite confirming with every text we got, we were still prompted to confirm delivery days once a day up to delivery. We did not receive delivery and pick up ETAs the night before like promised, they waited until the next morning. And 3 times, our delivery window changed the day of- so it’s very hard to plan for. The delivery drivers were professional.”
