“Hate that it doesn't stay open 24 hours anymore but at least it does stay open until midnight (12am). Hate having to drive this far late at night to get something that was forgotten while shopping because Kroger and Walmart, which isn't very far away, is closed already. They really need a bigger section for cats. The pet section is really big but it's cat section is really small. It's all for the dogs, I understand that there are a lot of people that are dog owners but there a lot of people that own cats and even people that own both cats and dogs. It's still the only grocery/department store open until midnight instead of 24/7 a dayweek. Guess everything is going to stay as it was a long time ago.....some gas stations open 24/7, grocery and department stores open until 9 or 10 pm with the exception of Meijer until 12 am and Walmart 10/11 pm and Sundays every store (almost) opened at noon (12pm) and closed at 6 pm. This isn't a good thing. It's still the same and it still closes at midnight. There was a lot of places that were 24 hours but everything has gone back to how it was when I was younger. Places opened at noon on Sundays and closed at a certain time during the week just a little later on Friday and Saturdays and then places like Kroger and Walmart stayed open 24 hours and Meijer opened locations in this state, Kentucky. Now every since the pandemic happened places started going back to the original time closure so nothing is really open 24 hours anymore. Yes, there are a few, very few, places that are open 24 hours a day. Some 24 hour gas stations will close for a couple hours, for cleaning is what has been said, and then reopen again. Things are definitely weird after that.... and still nothing has changed. The hours are still the same, closing at midnight instead of being open 24/7 a week except for Christmas Day!! It's still the same and that's including that is only open until midnight instead of 24/7.”
“This is now the ONLY PHARMACY I WILL USE EVER! They go above and beyond to take care of their clients! Am disabled and have had to have numerous surgical procedures and many more to come. Hume is always there for me and my family and their delivery options are a God Send truly! Their delivery drivers are so sweet and attentive and I love the family atmosphere at Hume! They genuinely care about us and provides us with excellent caring service always! I will never fill another prescription but at Hume!!”

Tara and Chuck now own and operate the pharmacy and I have no complaints! Each time you call you have the option to speak with an actual human who picks up the phone only after a few rings. This is the most prompt, detailed, they have the kindest staff and they also offer additional clinical services. They are truly the experts in all things pharmacy. I call in every month to inquire about medication fill dates, stock and to just say hello and I am met with pure joy and friendliness each time. The majority of times if you go into the pharmacy or through the drive-thru they will automatically recognize you by your face, and in my case they even know my husband. The staff remember details about my personal life such as careers, travel and special interests. Tara is especially great at all things supply chain and ensuring she has what she needs for the pharmacy! If you have any medications that you have to pay out of pocket for, the pharmacy has very very reasonable prices and I do believe they take a specific discount card.
Something else that is great is that literally their entire staff is kind and efficient. I have never encountered a bad hire in my time as a patient. I recommend this pharmacy to patients and Doctor's offices all the time, and have only received wonderful feedback. Another situation that impressed me as a chronic illness patient is that as I continue to be prescribed antibiotics Tara will notice and come to the window and chat with me about how to take them, why I am on them, if there are any alternatives and if she has anything inside or outside of the storefront that can aid in antibiotic safety/stewardship. They are never pushy about asking questions though, so if you only wanted to pick up your medication and it was safe they would have no issue.
I have essentially written a small novel and have been meaning to write a review for at least 4 months. I wish all pharmacies treated patients with the most efficient service, the clinical services offered, with a great supply chain and compassion. Thank you and your staff so much for allowing me to be a patient, who is there a lot and with a lot to manage with kindness and respect. I am eternally grateful for Mary & her staff as well as Tara/Chuck & their staff! There are truly not enough "thank you" in the word to cover how great they have been to me.”

“Serves it purpose of getting your vehucle fueled up. One way in, one way out cuts diwn on confusion. Pump #4 can be a hassle for most. A man was trying to get gas and had to put hus card in 8 times before it was accepted. It only took one try for me. Prices are usually lower than other non Sam's Club gas stations.”
“I came in here cuz I got online and saw that they had sugar-free oatmeal which is kind of hard to find. So it's great value brand and I come in and I look all around by the Great value oatmeals and I can't find it, but usually they don't lie online so I kept looking and you'll see in the picture where all the Great value Oatmeals are on the left and yet they put it on the other side of the Quakers and they "hid" it behind the packages hanging from the shelf
This is a great place to grab groceries when you're not in a big hurry but also not out for a shopping expedition.

“I have been using Louisville Compounding Pharmacy for a while now for one of my cat's thyroid medications. As a rule, they do not ship out deliveries on Fridays but when they found out that my cat would run out of his meds before Monday, they shipped it out and I received it on Saturday. “After running into a nightmare scenario at the Fern Creek CVS, I'm transferring all of my meds here. I had to fill a couple prescriptions in December and January, and ValuMarket filled them within 15 minutes of the doctors calling them in (and they weren't 8 days behind like I was told CVS was). Sure, they don't have a drive-through, but I'll take 100% better service inside the store over a drive-through lane. They take most insurance plans too. This is the closest thing to a hometown (non-chain) pharmacy with individual quick service we're going to get in Louisville.”
