“Need to rent a truck, SUV or van? Look no further. THIS IS THE PLACE! I wish I could give them SIX stars.I needed to rent a truck to move just a few things but I needed a truck quickly. I went online to get an estimate and received a very prompt reply from the location. I had a question and they were even able to answer that online and recommend the perfect vehicle. I made a reservation at 9 o’clock in the evening and picked up my truck rental before 10 o’clock the next day. The truck was clean. The process was smooth and easy. Tim, who had responded via email was the gentleman in charge that day and was so friendly and helpful.This was such a positive experience, and we have had several negative ones with other companies recently. We will be back here often and for every van or truck rental in our future. I highly recommend Sternberg!”
“I have rented from numerous Uhaul providers and seem to always run into issues like the wrong equipment provided, no supplies offered, poor customer service, and trucks in disrepair. This provider was none of those things. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The gentleman I originally rented from went far above and beyond. Then, when I called to extend the reservation, the person I spoke with over the phone was just as accommodating. I will never rent from another provider. Customer for life here!! Thank you!!”

“Service was impeccable. Got to it asap and then even helped me out with mounting bolts for my ELD. Something the company should of taken care of, but Penske came through and didn't even charge me for the bolts. Way to go Penske. “Ahh! To rent or not to rent is the question from Ryder truck rental.Let me tell you somethin', with people like Amanda in there service department. You just cannot go wrong. Ryder is so good that a work associate just purchased a truck from them because they take such good care of their equipment. Ifn I had the words in my vocabulary to describe how I feel about Ryder it would read like a novel. One of those novels that you just cannot put down, like Great Expectations. Like someone has said in the past, Just Do It and rent that truck from Ryder on Schmitt in Louisville. And tell'em this dude on da internet sent ya. Have a beautiful day.”
“I used Fragile Pack to ship some items that I won at an auction in Louisville. I worked directly with Scott, the owner, and he was nothing but helpful and courteous through the entire shipping process. He received the items from the auction late in the day, and called me as soon as they arrived, and worked with me to get the items out same-day! The items arrived very well packed the next day.I had only a great experience with Fragile Pack and would definitely disregard the negative reviews here. Scott informed me these are likely meant for a different company.”

“It's nice and clean kept it up not usually a manager on the property. I have an inside which I like climate control not happy with the lighting situation the lights go out and you have to walk to the door to get them to come it's not much fun when you're in the dark in a storage and you can't see your way to the front O2 turn the light on”

I went in today to move to a bigger unit.5x10 to a 10x15This place deserves better ratings than people have given ! !First I have to say how nice , kind & helpful Michael ! He made it so much easier for me to get in and out after switching units. . With no power right now from the storm that came through a few days ago. Michael if you get to see this review I hope you know that you are a really great nice person for helping me.I called the owner and he is a very nice guy as well I had to double check to make sure I could go ahead & switch units with the systems being down. They all took the time out of their day to make mine a lot better.Michael definitely deserves a raise Thank you all so much !”

“My husband moved to another office park and needed a truck rental. Penske was in our neighborhood next to the Plainview Kroger. Easy to pick up, great space for a larger move, clean vehicle and easy to drop off. They have a lock box outside for after hours to leave key and paperwork. My young son was especially pumped at how the lift worked for loading items and getting them level with the truck bed.”
