“MJ is extremely helpful, kind and supportive. This is the first time I ever rented out a storage unit and she helped me through all of it. I was pretty stressed out, but she managed to make my day by simply being extremely positive and sweet. I would always recommend this place, simply because of her outstanding customer service. I do however have to mention that the app crashes or simply at times doesn’t work to open the gate, which can get frustrating, but the great customer does make up for it. “I'm so thrilled to be using Go store it! My previous storage unit cost me an arm and a leg every month and was just so unreasonable. Not only am I receiving such a great rate but Jake was fabulous to work with! He was so kind and helpful and definitely had my best interest. The location is large, very clean and the units are very secure. The air conditioning is definitely a plus for all your weather sensitive items. Definitely recommend! For sure ask for Jacob (Jake)!”

“I never write reviews, but I had to this time. I rented a storage unit from here and wasn't really expecting much, aside from having a safe place for my belongings. I soon learned that their are still decent, kind people in the world. Laura was a joy to rent from. I never worried about my belongings. I needed to get in one evening to get something out of my storage unit and I had forgotten my code, I called thinking I would get no answer as it was after hours, but low and behold she answered and helped me out. She not only cares about the safety of your belongings, she cares about your personal safety also.”

Her professionalism and courtesy was nothing less than amazing. The unit I received was super clean, as well as the rest of the property, and I feel confident that i dont have to worry about any of my things while they're in storage. “Wonderful friendly service! Bif the manager is extrmeley helpful and accomodating! Couldnt have asked for better service. HOWEVER...keep in mind store only items that arent easily to damage or things that can be easily replaced (as I would recommend in any storage of this type). Take a buddy or mace when going to ANY storage facility alone. Bif was aware of my concerns and did come check in me after I had been there awhile unloading. No light in unit so haging lamp recommended. Hall lights time out at undisclosed time w/o warning buzzer with only on/off switch as i found out high on ladder holding heavy pressboard shelf. Great facility for BASIC storage. Go across street to citadel for more secure/climate controlled 24/7 gated access”

“5 years ago we used this facility because of location and the staff was very personable. So I just(late September 2019) recommended them to a friend relocating to Louisville while they are looking for a house. They really are happy with the facility because of the security system and they can park right in front of their storage unit when they are there. Very reasonable rates and the staff has been great! Very accommodating!”

“I have used twice. Staff has excellent attitude and very pleasant. Raine is super helpful. There is a large selection of moving supplies available for purchase. Rental prices are very reasonable. Go a few days early and reserve a trailer or van.”
