When you walk into Handi-Mart you feel welcome, people ask how you are & it's not just platitudes. It's an entirely different atmosphere than city stores. People are just better the further you get from the cities ?”

“Had a pleasant experience today. Glad that they have a new pharmacist the other one was so rude every time we would pick up prescriptions. He would call out our prescriptions over intercom in drive threw so whoever would be around could hear, and he was just really unprofessional. Now he may have been having thing going on in his life that made him unhappy but there is just no call for trying to humiliate someone because your having a bad day or whatever the case maybe”
