“I didn't get my tire when I had gotten it changed and later down the road I needed that tire so I contacted the Monticello store I had went to Somerset location and they made it right and was f very friendly and fast about helping me which was much greatly appreciated i will be returning for their service when needed”

“I stopped in to buy some new tires. had money in hand I got the quote but the attendant was super busy and couldn't work out the details and time to put them on.im not complaining I like seeing a business busy in a positive way my only issue is this business needs a person in the office selling and pricing collecting money and someone out in the garage putting smiles on customers faces.i have to say the attendant was very polite and professional but was swamped, prices where not bad either I do recommend shopping with this business”

**update I still love my jeep but recently had some problems with my vehicle so I took it up there for them to look into fixing it...when I went to pick it up yesterday I was greeted with one of the service guys saying " let's just get this over with." The reason for this is because I was told by Matt the sales representative I purchased the vehicle from that when I brought my car up there to be fixed because I bought a warranty with my car that there would be no charge to me and I would get a free rental well they held up true to the free rental but wanted to charge me for them looking at it only to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong. Then they proceeded to tell me that they usually charge $150 to look at a vehicle but when I show them text between me and my salesman were he wrote it wouldn't cost me a dollar it was like they got agitated and were quite frankly rude. They did end up not charging me for looking at my car however they took screenshots of text between me and my salesman and said that the sales department would be paying my fee. I was told when I bought the warranty by the salesman that there would be no charge to have it assessed if there was issues with my vehicle but then I was informed by the service department that there is actually $150 charge and that is just to look at it no work done. My question is why did I buy a warranty if it doesn't even cover the cost to have my vehicle assessed when there is a problem?
