“I’ve rented from this location a couple of times and each time, the service has been great. During the most recent time, I had some concerns about the vehicles they had ready for me and they were very understanding and accommodating. They greet people as soon as they see them, and frankly that goes a long way nowadays! They are super busy but handle it with professionalism!”
“Made my reservation through Costco travel, but dealt with this location for everything beyond that! They called me the day of to verify that I had everything I needed, it was helpful to know for sure what I needed in hand! When we got there our car wasn't available so they upgraded us to a minivan which was a nice surprise. Both pick up and drop off was very efficient, they had their hands FULL when I dropped off but they were still friendly and professional, working quickly to get us taken care of. I will rent from here again the next time a need arises!”
