“I was pleasantly surprised at my experience at this Hertz location. I don't usually rent from Hertz thanks to past experiences with hard upsells and poor service, but I had really no issues here. They called to let me know they didn't have the type of car I'd reserved, then they ended up having it after all. It was clean, the price was great, and a staff member got in with me to show me how it worked (it was a bit complicated) before I left, even though it was just past closing time. Also, I left an iPad in the car and they helped me get it back quickly. Pretty great job, Hertz!”
