“I have had PNC for years but moved to Mt. Washington in 2016. Everytime I go in with an issue or for services it's handled quickly and with friendly service. Most recently I went in for a personal loan and there was a scheduling conflict, but Hope got me in and had my loan approved and processed in 30 minutes. When I had an issue with one of my payees saying they didn't receive the check 3 weeks later, the branch searched the payment, found it was cashed and my payee was able to resolve the issue that same day with the proof. Highly recommend this bank.”

“I come in multiple times a week for work, and this is also my personal banking location. I absolutely love the staff, they've always been friendly & kind. If there's a wait, it's never very long. If there is a wait, it's because they're short staffed & it's out of their control (patience in a post-covid world goes a long way, remember: we're all just out here doing our best.) Most of the time, I'm in & out. Everyone in the lobby & behind the counter is so nice & I enjoy the interactions I have with the employees. Shawanda always has a smile & laugh for me when I come in for deposits/change for work, & it starts my day off right! I worked with Brennen to get a car loan recently, and he was amazing- so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process.
