“This branch is one of the busiest in the Louisville area as it serves a very large area. Although it is always under staffed there is always a wait, sometimes a long wait. The staff though rushed is always friendly and professional.
Thislocation does offer passport service. Appointment needed for passports.”
“I was hesitant because of the reviews of this location but needed to go to a USPS that opened at 8am. I have gone here 2 times in the last week and both times have been great experiences! I love that this location opens at 8am. There is usually no one there and both postal workers were very kind! I had no issues both times. So glad I wasn't deterred because of the reviews. Most of the reviews seemed more to do with mailmen and not necessarily the actual post office.”
“So I tend to panic (my nickname at work is Stressica) but Erich was really helpful when I did NOT have all my ducks in a row. He still helped me when I was late due to going to the wrong post office for my appointment, made sure I got the right passport for flying, kept patient with me while my card continued declining, let me come back in once I figured THAT part out... I didn't deserve the patience he provided but I was thankful. AND his co-worker (I didn't catch her name) was super patient, too. All my chaos made a long line but they were so professional. Thank you again ?”
“Went in today and there was a long line… roughly ten people but the line moved very quick. I had a paxkage that just needed to be mailed. I got the tracking and was ready to go. The postal employees were very friendly and helpful. Never been to this location but I recommend this location to anyone in the area.”
