“The people in this UPS location are amazing! I wish I got her name but a shorter woman who I believe is the manager was so helpful and had a young man come help me. Showed me how to navigate to the correct return options and made the process so easy when I was stressed out. Dixie hwy office was so rude and even tho I live out Dixie I will always come to this UPS store in the future! Thank you soooooo much for all the help and understanding!”

“It's a nice place, Customer service was good didn't have the ability to scan a barcode from my phone To generate a Barcode for my package But if you can send him the barcode from your phone in the form of an email he can generate a barcode for your package.”
“There are only three dock doors that Shipper's uses. You might run into a wait at certain times of the day. Staff is nice. There is a bathroom for drivers inside the driver door and down the hall from the freight desk.”
“Had tried to mail an envelope through UPS. It was "damaged in shipping". This FedEx location delivered a substitute mailing, a day earlier than promised. Meanwhile, UPS has been reviewing my claim since Dec. 1st. The people where so professional & informative at FedEx. I AM A FEDEX CUSTOMER now for life.”
