Had to drop off a package for FedEx here. Lady working the counter was so rude and when I asked for a receipt she said no. Very unprofessional here and store looks dirty.

I'm glad there is a Fed Ex in this area of town. The staff are friendly and helpful. This location is in Walmart in case you are looking for a brick and mortar, store front location.

What a joke!!!! They tell you your delivery is coming and on its way then give you an update that says your delivery won’t be here for another 3 days. How can my package be in Louisville and not get delivered on the right time!
