“Husband and I are in Murray Ky enjoying a beautiful day, great lunch and some spontaneous shopping. Stopped into Marshals and picked a couple of items. This store wasn’t as organized as ours in Paducah but that could be because they most have gotten a shipment in. Several employees stocking shelves. Still lots of great things to buy. Today turned out to be a great shopping day!!!!”
“I'm highly impressed with the customer service I received from the auto department this week. I bought tires a year ago that didn't stand up to Goodyear's guarantee. I was lucky enough to get a rep who thrived in her customer service skills! Nora was able to get my tires replaced at a prorated price. She walked me through booking the appt, getting the tires out in and even checked my car to make sure everything was done to satisfy me. I truly hope the management at this location realizes what a five star employee they have!!”
