“Turned up here to buy a nice gift for my nephew for Christmas - I hadnt been in the store since I was wearing the clothes! Certainly expensive, but it’s a luxury children’s boutique - by walking in one has to accept the concept. Staff was very kind and helpful once I broke the ice. Mom and dad are very happy with the selections they picked for my clueless self. I’ll be back for the nostalgia, nice clothes, and kind service on my Guncle duties.”

“I visited this Lilly Pulitzer on Friday, Sept. 12. Beth was the representative who helped me in the dressing room. Barb was fantastic! She brought me some different sizes and helped me decide what to do about a pair of pants. One size was too big, and the other size was a bit too small in the rise. She agreed with me, just don't get the pants if they are not right! I loved that Barb was honest with me. I, too, work part time at a high end store, and I do the same thing. I tell the customer if they are on the fence, just don't get the item or possibly take the item home, try it on in their lighting with the proper shoes and then decide. This was a final Sunshine Sale item so Barb's honesty impressed me. I valued her input. Barb is a 5 star employee--super impressed. On another note, I am SO disappointed Lilly Pulitzer stopped giving us, with purchased, the adorable plastic bags. These new bags are thrown out and certainly not the same! BRING BACK THE CUTE and REUSABLE blue, pink bags!! So bummed they dropped those!!!”

“I was really impressed with everything the store had in stock like many items I saw online. It was my first visit to a store and was pleasantly surprised it wasn't like the two torrid stores I visited that didn't have hardly anything I saw online in stock. The ladies in the store seemed nice and the vibe was positive as well. I'm definitely going to be visiting again and think this may be my go to store for inexpensive clothes, shoes and accessories that's a whole lot more stylish than other stores that costs way more.”

“The state of Oklahoma has been in the news quite a bit lately for wildly regressive acts of censorship & regression, shutting down public library programs that deal with issues like sexual assault survival & awareness & banning book after book after book from school & public library shelves. Quite recently, a bunch of gun & Bible toting lunatics stormed a library board meeting & demanded the removal of several titles from the library's collections, including The Outsiders, a novel that has not only been regarded as a classic book for young adults for over 50 years, but one that was written by Oklahoma's own S.E. Hinton. This is a rather roundabout lead-in to how I think the Socs would be perfectly at home shopping at Vineyard Vines. Madras, plaids, & brightly colored patterns are the order of the day at this shop that takes its inspiration from Cape Cod's Martha's Vineyard, a favorite destination of mine, for among other reasons, its use in the classic movie, Jaws. Apparently, dogs are allowed in this store, but I've never brought mine along to test that, because there are few other places in & around the mall where he'd be welcome to tag along. Most of the clothing is slim fit style, which I loathe, but every once in a while I'll find an awesome tie or something, like their line of Mr. Rogers inspired neckwear from last year. In any case, whenever I'm at Kenwood, I make a point of coming in here to check what's new.”

The manager here was very kind and let me know I could bring my items back if they didn’t work for me. All other employees were nice and helpful. “Where should I began I could mention so many names but the whole staffs customer service and willingness to help was second to no other store that I have ever shopped in. I purchased a very very large amount of clothing and they where on point the whole time not to mention Ive been in there before and I received the same great friendly service but this time I was there for a extended period and the help and service only got better not once did they not make me feel welcomed. When I initially came in the store I was only going to buy a pair of New Born shoes for my daughter's new baby but Shayla told me to look around and she helped me pick out several items I was so comfortable with her I went on a big shopping spree. The whole staff did a excellent job that day. Who ever put this team together they are definitely winners. Every time we talked it was np they all have excellent manners and people skills. There was a very small selection of juniors clothes but there was still quite a bit when we went to check out the lady that was checking us out had a nasty look on her face and I was trying to do some jokes with her t on be friendly towards her but she just gave Me a nasty look and ignored my questions!”
