βI been going to this location for years my dad use to take me since a kid he passed in 2012 now I still continue to go to this location makes me feel like a kid again and it's a confront thing the workers are always nice I've never had any problems the store is always neat and cleanβ
βReally fun wild card store to go to. Never know what kinda random stuff you'll find for pretty reasonable prices! Big shout out to their book section which is pretty big and most of them are like 3-5 bucks!β
βI did not expect to get incredible customer service at Big Lots but I was wrong. Grant spent 30 minutes explaining everything I needed to know about mattresses. He then helped my mom buy a bistro table. It seems like most employees of other stores are annoyed when you ask for help. Not here - the employees here including Grant seemed genuinely happy to help us.β
βMy favorite place to shop! You cannot find any better deals. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I make a 45 minute drive to shop here! Highly recommend it!β

βI live in Kentucky 9 miles from SAVE ALOT I LOVE THIS STORE!!!! I SAVE HUNDREDS GOING HERE!!!! Yesterday I bought 270.00$ worth of groceries that would be over 400.00$ at Kroger including 5 Easter baskets!!!!! Definitely worth going across the river into another state to save money.β
βPeriodically traveling across the nation from coast to coast, I have frequented more Dollar Trees than most. My husband and I were incredibly impressed with the neat, organized, and stocked shelves in this location. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
This store left such a positive impression on us that we saved it as a favorite ion our maps app.β

I took my daughter and son so we could get some things.. they have a wide variety of merchandise, including some clothing, hats, sandals, pool floaties, towels and sand toys. They have makeup, hairbands and clips, exercise gear, room decor, kids toys, family games, arts and crafts, books, and dog beds. I could go on and on lol.
They're sweet workers and always have been nice and respectful to everyone = great customer service. It is surrounded by other stores, restaurants and the Kenwood Mall is right across the street.β
βi work near this store and visit it every other day for the last 6 months the manager Ladon is always hard at work and the cashier Donna has agreat personality and is friendly and very helpful and i will add funny as well i always leave with a smile or laughing lol last week i was in there and it was a very busy day with the holidays of coarse there was a really long line and the Manager jumped right in ...they were both friendly to every customer making conversation as they were ringing people out i love going to this store it is he cleanest store i have ever been in and you can tell the customers like the staff ... i apoligize i dont know the evenng staff but im sure they are nice as well thumbs up for they day staff !!!!!!!!!β

βIt's just like any other Family Dollar location throughout the country. This particular one is located in a mostly abandoned shopping center, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't kind of worried that I was going to blow out a tire or break an axle in the parking lot that is in terrible shape. Lol. But on my visit here, they had everything I needed, and the staff was friendly and polite. I'd go back.β

βFamily Dollar is a good store that was a nice store that I went to the prices was reasonable they look like they need some help for us cleaning of the store but other than that it was great serviceβ
βWe stopped at this location Sunday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see that the store was fairly well-stocked and pretty neat and tidy! This is more than I can say for dollar stores around where I live in Kenton county. I complimented the cashier on our way out and she stated that their manager Stephanie has worked very hard to get the store organized and the shelves stocked! I recommend shopping at this location!β

βThis is the nicest, cleanest store in the area. Always enjoy this location. Only complaint, one cashier for a line that was halfway down the isle. The cashier was very friendly and provided great customer service considering how busy she was.β
βI come to this dollar general all the time- twice so far this weekend- overall itβs always clean and stocked.
Today I went and bought a thermometer and I couldnβt get it to work so I took it back and exchanged it- I again couldnβt get the new one to work. The man working took the time to find a small screw driver and open it up for me- there was a pull tab on the inside of the battery that you couldnβt see: he took the time to open it, fix it, close it back up and on top of that gave me his mini screw driver so it wouldnβt happen again. My son was really sick and I had little to no sleep the night before so this kind gesture meant the world to meβ
βI was at the North College Hill store, it was nice. I purchased a nice Sunday hat for church. I was looking for a picture for my house,bedroom and living room. Couldn't find anything so now tomorrow, March 24th 2025 I'm going to go to the Bone Hill store on Seymour. Thank you!β

βOk, so after my horrible experience at ACE Hardware I still needed a small flower pot and spray bottle. I saw Dollar Tree and thought I'd see if they could meet my needs and they were able. Ok they lose a star since the store was a bit messy but the people working there were knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff gets 5 stars! If you don't need a shovel try there first!β
βOverall, this is a perfectly fine Family Dollar. It serves its purpose as a dollar store perfectly. But what I think is great about here is the people. The other day I had to buy a lot of helium balloons to celebrate my sister and her amazing volleyball team. And the clerks in the store were so kind and ego to help and extraordinarily patient with me. So I give this place full marks for those staff members.β
βProducts good have a bit of everything, they follow you around sometimes ,didn't like that & the guy asst manager is a n*** acts more powerful then he is.. I recommend it besides that.β
βWas shopping there today and had the best service! Tyree the assistant manager was very friendly and pointed me to where I needed to go. Was so kind! Went outside And locked myself out of my car and she even went out of her way to bring me tools to try and use and unlocked my car. Not from the area was just working but was very pleased with her!! This girl deserves a raise!!!β
