“One of 3 P&G/ICF locations where registered & qualifying participants visit to participate in on site studies or collect products for at-home testing. I've been doing this for 7 years now & this location in St. Bernard is closer to me than their larger headquarters & testing center in Mason. Plenty of parking, though participants are generally directed to park in dedicated spaces & they're currently observing Covid-19 protocols, where you're asked to call & verify your arrival & they'll drop off your test items in your trunk. Every interaction with staff I've had here has been a rewarding one & I'm glad to have the chance to participate in their product testing, both for the chance to learn about their evaluation process & for the financial incentive it offers.”
“I had to get a blood draw and Loretta was one of the friendliest people I've ever met in healthcare. I told her how great she was and she said she always tries to adjust (within the safety requirements of the work she does, obviously) her demeanor and pacing to fit the patient's needs.More people like Loretta are needed in healthcare!”

I arrived without the proper prescriptions, and rather than turn me away, Julie got on the phone with my two different physicians and took care of getting the orders immediately.Additionally, I’m a hard stick when it comes to blood draws, but Julie went for a vein in my bicep and found it strong enough to deliver 5 vials. “I had the best experience at LabCorp this morning. I forgot some of my lab orders, so Cathy helped me to get those faxed quickly, so that I didn't have to return for more lab work. Although she was the only employee at that location this morning, she was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly to everyone, not just me, throughout the whole process. Thank you, Cathy!”
“Had to get bloodwork. Arrived at 8:00 checked in using kiosk, simple to use following instructions. No appt. Waiting area was clean. There were 11 people there by 8:15. I got in and out by 8:30. The staff there were very efficient and kind. They had some computer issues they had to scramble around to overcome but got on track quickly. The stick for blood draw was minimal discomfort. I wanted to leave this good review according to my experience because there were alot of negative reviews which made me had doubts about this company. All went well for me”
“Gravity Diagnostics is changing the lab environment for the better! They have more qualified phlebotomist and they are not as expensive as some other labs that have worthless techs that have to stick you 6 times. I was done in one stick and it was fast, and friendly. The lady was so professional and kind. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and I can’t say how much that means. I am so thankful Gravity is the lab my drs uses!!!!”
