“John Clay Auto is awesome I took my 2016 Subaru in for a problem and the service advisor and John spent almost 1hour with me. I was ready for them to do the work but they decided I might be able to get Subaru to pay for it. I did get Subaru to pay for it and saved me 350 dollars .Like I said I was ready to pay them to do the work and wouldn't have thought about taking it to Subaru but they were looking out for me .If there was a option to give them 6 stars I would. I will always take my vehicles To them.”

“I had an oil change done and a few other fixes to my car this past week and the whole experience was excellent from dropping off the car to picking it up. I dropped the car and registered, got dropped back at my house and within a few hours I had an estimate. I picked my car the next day. I like the fact I could look at the quote and the inspection from my phone. Everyone there was extremely nice and friendly. That was the first time that somebody did an oil change on my car and the gad cap didn't leak afterwards:) I am glad I didn't have to get under my car to tighten it, which happens everywhere around town including the Toyota dealership. In addition, I didn't notice but when I picked my kids up there were 2 stuffies in their car seat and that was absolutely the nicest.”

“We were visiting from out of state, and our Honda van decided to turn on every warning light and drive rough, out of no where, on the day we were supposed to head home to FL. Byrd Automotive is where my in laws take their vehicles, so we popped in, and they were so great! Checked the warning lights, ordered the parts we needed, and they were able to fix it and get us back on the road. All the staff were so friendly, and Jasper the dog was a great companion to hang out with, while waiting for our van to be finished! “I have three cars, and Rob takes care of them all - from standard maintenance (Oil changes, fluid levels, alignment etc.) to heavy duty repairs like transmissions. He is also great at diagnosing and fixing those strange problems that pop up in slightly older cars. A piece inside my steering column had broken, causing a lot of play in my steering wheel. Rob quickly found and fixed the issue When it's time for new tires, I go to Rob. He sources the tires quickly, mounts and balances them and gets me back on the road at a more reasonable price than the discount tire chains.
