“It took me a while to find this place after our move here, so glad I did. They were a game changer when it came to my footwear. I'd been guided to Hoka's for my sad feet, but the staff here really focused me beyond the color schemes. There are various features of each shoe that can make/break your experience, they can help you evaluate the right model...don't buy Hoka's based on the color...buy them to fit your foot issues. Nice place to get climbing and camping gear too, very helpful in finding climbing shoes for my elementary school son.”
“I am getting married soon and visited Geno’s to buy a suit for the wedding. Additionally, four of the men in my future wife’s family and my brother wanted to buy a new suit to match, so I have made lots of trips to Geno’s in the last month. The service was outstanding each time I walked in the door. Each trip after the first, I was greeted by name and helped almost immediately upon entering the business. Buying suits for everyone was incredibly easy, and we all felt that we were a valued customer. Also, there was a certain pink tie that my fiancé and I picked out for all the men in our families to wear. The guys at Geno’s went out of their way to order the total number that we needed and have them shipped to the Richmond Rd location which was very convenient for us. It is a pleasure to support local business here in Lexington, and I will definitely be back to Geno’s in the future.”

“I stopped in the store today to look for some new athletic shoes. My feet were measured and my gait was assessed. Turns out I have been buying the wrong size shoes for seriously 20 years. I thought I needed wide shoes—I sure don’t! Andrew explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I will be taking my son over there next for some new shoes. I was so impressed!”

Abby assessed what I was looking for and quickly rounded up several different pairs of boots for me, explaining the features and helping me try on each pair. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find the boots that are the best fit for me financially and otherwise. I highly recommend this store!”
“We just discovered this little section of Macy’s on the top floor. It’s similar to a Marshall’s or TJ Maxx, and has some great deals. We bought a color-coated steel water bottle for $5, a pack of $4 plantain chips, and some lip gloss for $2. It was fun to browse all the clothes and random assortment of items. I will definitely come back frequently to see what new additions they’re offering.”
“The staff here are always soooo sweet and wonderful! I’ve been a faithful customer for many years. I would say that I’ve noticed last several visits that the pricing on items seems to be exorbitant. I found a Wal Mart top I liked this last visit, and saw that the price was the same as Wal Mart’s pricing? I also tend to prefer their designer finds and the pricing on these items doesn’t seem grounded in reality. I can find these same items elsewhere for much less. I shop secondhand to find bargains primarily, and if I’m not finding them on used clothing, may as well buy new!”
“The management in this store is probably the best it's been in years. Not only have I bought things multiple times from her. She's always polite, has wonderful customer service. I've never seen her step out of line with any customers nor employees while I'm in her store. My kids love this store so I'm in there multiple times a week. I appreciate the atmosphere.”

“This is a great store that that has very nice clothes and excellent service. And I cannot say enough good things about the associate that helped me during my latest visit. The associate's name was Stephanie and she did a fabulous job from start to finish! She immediately greeted me, asked if I was shopping for anything, and told me her name. I told her my name and explained what I was looking for. She had loads of questions and suggestions right off the bat. Very impressive! She got to know me and what I was shopping for almost instantly. After we pulled a few pieces she started me a fitting room. Following our first interaction she consistently took items back to my room, offered advice, pulled sizes, and gave me multiple styling tips. She was an expert on Ann Taylor's product and different ways to wear it. Stephanie made me feel comfortable, confident, and proud of the outfits we created. We got to know each other very well and had a lot of fun! As a result I made a huge purchase and left really happy. I will absolutely be back to shop and to see her!”
