I received a phone call from the manager of the store and was made aware of why it was missing pieces. She also offered an option to fix the issue but I declined due to having already fixed the issue. The staff were very friendly and the place is a must to visit for Lego builders!”

“I had to make this review in response to the previous review written by Cameron Tapscott. It is appalling blatant lying is allowed on these reviews so allow me to set the record straight as a customer who stood in line for 45 minutes prior to GameStop opening this morning. In total there was a line of about 30 of us before the store opened. The manager opened the store approximately 15 minutes early in respect to us customers that arrived early and were waiting in line outside in the cold. The person putting the employees on blast in the previous review would not have gotten any cards regardless if the store opened at 10am as opposed to 945am as the rest of us who had prepared to buy Blooming Waters Pokemon cards knew to arrive early enough to get a spot in line before they sold out. The employees should be praised for opening early and preventing us from waiting any longer in the frigid cold than we already did.”
