The sales representative at this store really helped me out. He made sure I could send and receive text messages. The app that I was using before was really making the phone difficult to use, also was able to remove apps that I wasn't using or needed from my phone

Download an app that took over my phone I was unable to do anything the Verizon sales representative was able to take off the app so I can use my phone like normal.

I came into the store today with alot of anxiety about a possible virus on my phone. The employee who helped me was wonderful. A virus was detected and he solved the problem.
