“I definitely appreciate the service I received here the car was clean and ready took no time to get me in the car I did pre check in on web site but upon /returning the car I left my cell phone and wasn't able to get a Uber home let's just say The Manger was a female (Autum?)sorry if worng!.. she assistanced me and trust I never thought I would get home but she took me and I was so enlightened by her skill set and I appreciate Enterprise for accommodating me at a time like this because I had rough day and this really help I am in customer service so to receive this type of top tier service was needed thanks so much to the staff On 2nd street for being kind! I will be a customer there each time when needed! Thanks again for reminding me kindness goes a along way!”

“The young man picking me up was very friendly And respectful! The young lady in the office was very efficient and checked me in and out promptly. The only issue I had I had a pick up time and they were 20 minutes late. So if you I have an appointment after you get your car. I suggest you get the car earlier so that you won’t be in the bind that I was in. I was not able to make my appointment. But I do like them as a rental company”
