“Bobby Oberhausen - the first review - is the gentleman who called here. Even though we did not sell Mr. Oberhausen the battery he purchased, therefore we cannot warranty it, we told him he was more than welcome to come in and replace the battery or issue a refund to compensate him for his trouble. However, he chose to throw a temper tantrum and kept threatening to leave a bad Google review.Therefore, we will no longer be offering service to him.”
“Car broke down a block away. Walked to the store this afternoon. Not only did they offer a battery jumper device to get the car started and to return to buy a new battery, they helped us discover that the issue wasn't the battery. Each employee spoke with us. One in particular drove his personal vehicle to our car to assist us when the jump device didn't work. He personally inspected under the hood and determined it was a misfire. Battery ok. Sensors old.”
“I wish I would’ve gotten the names of the 2 men working last night, 12/01/24. I was a long way from home with my 2 kids and my car started acting up on I65. I managed to limp my car there and went in and they sprung into action. They kept us warm and safe until a tow truck arrived. A very heartfelt thank you goes out to these two young men. I cannot thank you enough. Amazing young men who are a great reflection of your company!”
“These guys are amazing. Brought my son’s phone in to have the battery replaced. It had a warranty through square trade/allstate who had messed up the claim. Instead of waiting until the claim was fixed to start replacing the battery, he worked on it while I was on the phone getting the claim fixed. I only had to wait another 5 minutes and he was done.”

“Edi and chaz were amazing! I have never had someone explain things so thoroughly and research to tell me whats going on with my car , they went above and beyond to help me , they checked my engine light , checked my battery , alternator and starter and even changed my battery for me in 90 degree weather ! Edi told me more about the car than the mechanic ever has and took his time didnt rush me out the door like everyone else usually does. These two deserve a raise and promotion im very very impressed and will be back to this location if anything else happens with the car, thanks so much you guys!”

“I used to go to AutoZone all the time for my parts until I recently realized that AutoZone doesn't have the parts for my car majority of the time and I've noticed that the price difference is definitely better at O'Reilly's. So if I don't need to end up leaving without the part I came for by going to O'Reilly's and I save a few dollars here and there seems like a no-brainer to me.
