“Good price on gas before you cross into Illinois where prices increase by 50 cents per gallon at least...if headed north. Bathrooms were decently clean. Didn't buy any snacks but had a good variety and a little hot food area.”

“I can’t say enough about the people that run the filling station. I was traveling home from vacation when I left my wallet in the restroom. It had money and credit cards in it. they picked it up and kept it until I called to check to see if it was there and then promptly mailed it to my home. I had it in two days from the day that I lost it. Unbelievable. We’re so happy that we chose Hodges convenient store to stop by that day. Thanks Cheryl !”

“I was greeted when I came in the store. The store manager was up front and asked how he could help me. I asked where my items were and he actually took me to them. Who does that now days? He was a very nice man. The store was clean and well stocked. The associate that checked me out was very nice and asked if I knew about their Care Pass. I didn't but do now. When leaving I was told to Please come back and have a great day.”

“This place was great. Although there are only two restrooms in the women’s and one was out of order it was extremely clean and smelt clean! The choices of food were great! Max Fuel is a super-convenient gas n go right on Lone Oak Rd (U. S. Hwy 45) with great customer service and excellent prices on snacks, chips and drinks as well as tobacco and Kentucky Lottery and Scratch-offs! Great people. Excellent attitudes and customer service. Store is super-tiny and can be a little hard to circumnavigate with more than 6 people in it at a time, ?. Be sure and have your face mask on when you enter as due to Coronavirus it is NOW required by Governor Andy Beshear and the Kentucky Health Department when entering and exiting buildings throughout Kentucky. “Had to stop here for some rest and relaxation. Had a chat with a new worker there Tiffany. Great person, I must have caught Tiffany on a great day. Brightened up my day and helped me get plugged in for a recharge.Had to give this place a 5 stars. Not sure how to rate a gas station but the place was cool.I had to pee glad I stopped in. The bathroom was super clean. The urinal was didn’t smell while I pee’d. The urge to poop came while I was standing there. My worst nightmare.The toilet was comfy, spacious and flushed. I got weirdly comfortable and had a success. Called my dad to help me relax. Soft serve, listened to a therapist talk about the song happy bY NF and learned about having someone helping you cope co dependancy but good.Chilled outside for a spell because riding the bike gets you ampted. Cooled down and then hit the road. Pics added for additional value.Not sure what your experience will be but let us know.”
