“Wonderful customer service! I went in and looked around and couldn’t find what I was looking for. They spent almost an hour with me narrowing down the set I had in mind. They were able to pull from another store so I didn’t have to wait for ordering. Just amazing! I spent my entire day furniture shopping and the other locations around didn’t have as good as service let alone as clean merchandise on their floor. Used doesn’t always need to look used!”

“I started my day off going to the Murray T-Mobile and looking to change a number. While there I asked about promotions and upgrade offers.We wanted a Google Pixel if possible. They told us they don't have a single Pixel in their store. I asked if she could call Paducah and see if they did she luckily they had the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL which is what I wanted. From the second we walked in that door until 9pm (closing time) when we left Frederick and the other young man there made us feel like family!! What we ended up doing was pretty complex and confusing but he handled it all with such g”
“I had a dryer I was still paying on suddenly go out. The manager himself came to house and determined the problem was a bad part. Since they didn’t have a replacement part, they gave me a new dryer. Very pleased with their service in this situation.”

“They installed a remote start on my 2020 Toyota sienna that I bought there. When I got home I realized that the automatic side doors weren’t working. I know that sounds like I should give them less stars, but I can’t. Because I got to see how they reacted to a problem. And they got an A+. They were super friendly when I called and asked me to bring it back to them. They had it working in ten minutes. They had a very reassuring and professional attitude about it. Works great now A+”
