“Walmart Associates at Tiny Town Road are exceptional in awareness of assisting customers upon inquiry as to where items are located. Technology is utilized to locate the item. The store is clean and well organized and the associates greet you as you leave during check out. They do not avoid you. Great customer service is the key to loss prevention as well as preferred and returning customers. A pleasant shopping experience is equal to a happy shopper.”
“What an amazing Experience! My young daughter and I walked in today and experienced about 100 balloons blown up, covering the ceiling, and gathered at the end of each isle. For lack of a better description, it was like a balloon forest! Whoever came up with the idea is genius. Kudos to all the employees who assisted in making this balloon wonderland happen. Great job! You are the reason I love coming to this store.”

“Much better, must be new management. So happy to see improvement with this sore. Store was clean, in order, shelves were stocked, better shape. Nothing blocking the isles. Finally, friendly personnel. The employee was helpful and friendly, which is important to me. Makes my shopping experience more comfortable and pleasant. Very convenient store to shop for great deals. Don't forget to download the Dollar Store app. See summer items are out front. Great job guys. Thanks for making a great rest of day.”
“Although there was only 1 Cashier on duty and several people in line, Mr. J'mon handled everything beautifully! He communicated with all customers in line, pointed out the self-service checkout, and continually apologized for the delay and Thanked us for our patience. So professional, courteous, and gracious. Well done Mr. J'mon! I would have done the survey, but I kept the wrong portion of my receipt, so I could complete it. Please keep up the good work, Sir.”

“Nice store very friendly and helpful people. Really good sale going on right now. Lots of really nice things. Lots of food items at really decent prices. Lots of Paw Patrol things if your children or grandchildren like that. I did not find any University of Kentucky Wildcat memorabilia, to me that was the only drawback of the store.”
