“Most of us don't visit banks like we used to; I know I don't. I had a deposit to make, and was in the neighborhood, when I remembered that my bank has a location inside Kroger close-by. All the Fifth Third locations inside Kroger have disappeared in Indiana unfortunately. This is not the case in Louisville. I really like this Kroger, and this Fifth Third served me well. The staff was friendly and efficient. It's super convenient. No negatives to report here. I only deducted a star because it's not a full-service location.”

“I took my 92 year old Mom to the bank this morning. We got there 5 minutes early and waited in the car. Prior to opening, a well dressed young lady, maybe the Mgr, walked out and assisted my Mom into the bank. She was very pleasant. Then upon leaving the teller walked her out to my car and opened the door for her
