“They are amazing here. Our baby was born premature. Not only did they provide housing so we could be close to our baby, they also provided food, Christmas and kindness! Such an amazing organization! This is what your round ups go for when you eat at McDonald's. One organization i will stand behind. If you are going to donate I recommend doing so for this organization out of any!”

Non that was happening when I was There.
I was a Stranger in their area to them.
They kept their Distance.
It wasn't their for them to be Afraid of me.
I was mostly Alone.
It was an interesting Experience.
To be There.I Got See and Be in Their
Environment, It Was interesting, but not a Dump, mostly clean.
They Ate and Got out. Didn't Linger.

“Referred here by a close friend due to a career change and needed some assistance. Katie and Debbie were super helpful, welcoming, and listened. I walked in nervous but became comfortable throughout the process. Left w several items that I’m comfortable and happy about. Thank you ladies:)”
“This bike shop is amazing!
I recently got a used bike that needed some love. I used it for a few days before a tire blew out, so it needed repairs. Luckily for me, Falls City Community BikeWorks was open on that day.
I brought it in and was greeted by Colin, who was very friendly. He hooked me up with Andy, who helped me get new tubes and used tires on the wheels. We also checked the spokes and wheel alignment and adjusted the breaks. The ride home was very smooth and I couldn't be happier. The prices are affordable as heck.
Andy was super knowledgeable and explained everything really well. I learned a lot and should be able to do most of my own work going forward, but I will be going back because the shop is just so cool.
Thanks a ton, Andy and Colin! You guys rock.”
“This is the organization's office. A fantastic group of people organizing and executing a wide-ranging, varied series of springtime events leading up to the running of the Kentucky Derby on the first Saturday in May.”
“I could not of wanted my dad to be at any other place then H.H. I was skeptical of this place at first before going to see dad because I had never heard of it. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this place & their staff. I’m so glad dad spent his last days here instead of the hospital. ? H.H. & their staff is amazing”
“Everyone is so friendly & pleasant. I see so many different walks of life in the YMCA. It reminds me that I live in a vibrant city; a true downtown location. The Y is so cool; I have been shouting it from the rooftops to my friends. I left a long-time boutique gym membership to come join the Y!”
“Hello, blessings, I have not yet received the help, I went to my first interview, I am missing the 2nd one but I want to say that I am very happy with all the help they provide there and it is not correct those comments that I see that put ugly things demanding things without saying thank you since It is a great help that they give and many demand it. Please be grateful and think a little before demanding, I really need it and many people do too, but I came to fight in this country because there are opportunities.”
“Best retina specialists and ocular plastics. The newest technology, as well. You won't be sent to another office for imaging and I the tests. It is all here. And, the big selling point: an organized, we'll run office within experienced, friendly staff!! They really are super helpful and never flippant. I have come since here for over 20 years. They are consistently excellent.
The only negative is, parking in their lot is $4. However, the machine now takes credit cards(also, dollar bills) and has a selection for printing a receipt (for your taxes!).”

“The food is wonderfully beyond expectations. The staff is a mix between employees and volunteers but they are kind and do very well with executing the preparation of the food and serving it. I live only two blocks away which is more than just convenient because it's necessary for me to eat here almost all seven days that they are open during the week. If your in the need of a good hot meal I highly suggest going here if you're in the area from 5pm til 5:30pm they are not open one second after 5:30pm. Also from time to time there are extra food item prepared for self serve, bread products, fruit, and more available first come first serve it runs out pretty fast so one those days you would want to be as close to the front of the line as possible. We always pray and bless the food before eating also.”

“Such a blessing to have an organization like USA Cares helping veterans like myself. I heard about the org from a fellow vet, Adam Durrett. He encouraged me to seek the help I needed. Truly a seamless process that made the experience a pleasure. Thank you Adam and Alyssa for your help.”
“The products designed and constructed by amazing artisans are imbued with beauty and love. You feel it in every item in their catalog. Not only to they bring beauty to my home and my wardrobe, they provide life changing opportunities for women who want a better life for themselves and their families. The quality and design of these products are amazing.”
“Camp Hendon is an absolutely amazing organization. It was such a blessing to find, shortly after our 12 year old was diagnosed with T1D. It’s been a great resource for us, as parents. And, our daughter has found her “tribe”. I cannot say enough good things about Camp Hendon!”
“It is a very good organization that really helps veterans and first responders. They have all types of activities and events for folks. If you're a veteran or first responder, I recommend you check it out.”
“The Pendennis Club is a hidden gem in Downtown Louisville! As a wedding photographer, I recommend this venue for couples seeking an upscale aesthetic with historic charm, and weddings or events with a large guest count.
The decor of the first floor spaces like the library and billiards room are ideal for editorial style portraits, while the second and third floors have grand ballrooms and other spaces with ornate chandeliers, beautiful wallpaper and luxurious rooms.
The ballroom has plenty of space for a live band, bar, food stations or dessert tables and as many guests as you can think to invite!
Images are from a recent wedding I photographed (Frames and Letters Photography), planned and coordinated by Ginna Matson Events.”
“Options for Individuals is doing truly meaningful work in our community. You can tell this organization genuinely cares about helping individuals live full, independent lives and find opportunities to grow, contribute, and connect. The staff and volunteers create a welcoming environment, and the impact they have on participants and families is real. I’m grateful organizations like this exist in Louisville.”
“While visiting with our daughter and grandson here in Louisville, we wanted to help our grandson with his library summer pass and this was a location on the pass that was free. WOW what am amazing awesome place. We had a guided tour and the young lady that took us through the factory was so knowledgeable and very pleasant with a calm pleasant speaking tone. And very patience with questions from my 11 year old grandson. Who was so interesting and engaged. If you have a chance and are looking for an interesting educational place for the whole family you really need to go and take a tour. Small gift shop. Love the t-shirts they have for sale only $10.00 each. I have one from 7 years ago and I still wear it. Just love it.”
“My 7 and 8 year old loved the fall art classes. Susie is fantastic with the kids and they have many new works of art displaying around the house. Such a great experience!”

“The KBC’s commitment to missions, ministry training, and leadership development has been outstanding, and Dr. Gray’s vision for expanding these initiatives is both inspiring and impactful. I have witnessed firsthand how the KBC under his guidance is helping southern baptist churches reach their full potential, supporting ministries, and providing a platform for spiritual growth and the advancement of the Gospel of Jesus Christ!”
“Absolutely the place to be on Derby weekend. The complete experience: from off track betting, camping, games for children and adults, silent auctions, food and alcohol, booths with a plethora of goodies and to top it all a corn hole tourney. Did l mention it was all for a great cause. See you there next year!!”
“I have had a good experience with the YMCA. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and there are many great programs and activities available. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the membership price feels a little higher compared to other options. Overall, it’s a good place for fitness and community.”
