“This place! This owner! There's not enough vernacular to encompass her magic! Apparently, it runs in the family. She has legit brands and is extremely fair with her consignments. She makes it so easy.......I feel expansion in her future! It's hard to walk in there with clothes and not find a treasure.......like a nice treasure......coach treasures, YSL treasures.......all the things. Centrally located......you can't NOT check it out. Once you go, you'll have FOMO on the reg! What new stuff did she get in?? You'll just HAVE to know!”

No, I can’t tell you about this. They are constantly changing out their items and sharing fabulous finds on Instagram. They are so savvy and fashion forward. “Dot Fox is located a couple of streets over from my house. My fiancé and I stumbled across it one day while we were out walking. I’m an avid coffee drinker and was looking for something new to try. The sign out front caught our attention first, beautifully highlighting all that Dot Fox has to offer. It’s a one of a kind establishment filled with unique clothing pieces, extremely tasty beverages, eye catching jewelry, noteworthy literature, and many spiritual treasures as well. The staff is always engaging, friendly, and helpful. We frequent Dot Fox, making it a point to visit weekly to grab a Iced Chai (they even make the chai themselves and it’s delicious) or an Iced Carmella. The owner Sally is truly a delight, creating magic in every interaction. Visiting her store is something I highly recommend to locals and tourists alike. It’s a store that captures the beauty and weirdness that is Louisville Culture. It’s a safe place for all to feel and be celebrated and has something for everyone (even those with four legs)……..(Pic: Our baby girl Shadow loves going to see her friends at Dot Fox.)”
“I had a complicated issue with my Hot Topic app account that customer support wasn’t able to resolve remotely, and I was feeling pretty frustrated! Not until I met Jane and Nick. Despite how busy the store was, both of them went out of their way to help me in person with patience, professionalism, and genuine care.
While juggling other tasks and assisting other customers, they took the time to sit down with me and troubleshoot the problem step-by-step. They even wrote down notes while we worked through the issue together to make sure nothing was missed. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare, and I honestly didn’t expect it whatsoever.
On top of that, Jane personally helped me adjust and fit a belt I needed for a convention I was attending. She took the time to make sure it fit just right, with care and style advice that made a big difference. Her enthusiasm and kindness made the whole experience not just helpful, but genuinely fun.
