“We 1st went to another Honda dealership in Frankfort and despite my wife having bought a vehicle from them in 2019 and having her CRV serviced there regularly, were disappointed with the approach in trying to buy a new CRV 2026. We were told we wouldn’t get it cheaper and that was their “best” price.
We then went to Gates Honda in Richmond and had a completely different vibe. Kyle, Carl and Richard were superb, friendly and professional. Felt so comfortable that they wanted to sell the car to us and not as we had earlier felt that morning, that we should be grateful that Honda Frankfort should sell the car to us.
My wife and I are grateful for our new Honda and will be getting the servicing done there and would recommend them.
