“On Tuesday, I had a regular oil change at Gates Nissan and had been informed that everything checked out. Nothing needed to be replaced or changed. Four days later, my battery completely died. After I had it boosted, and we got the vehicle running, I contacted Gates Nissan, spoke to Andrea, explained what happened and she told me to come straight there. She was waiting for me when I pulled in. From that minute on, I felt she was going to do whatever needed to be done to fix this issue.She had pulled my invoice from my recent visit and went over it with me, again showing nothing needed replacing, but she was determined to find the problem and fix it. She had the service dept go over everything again, it was determined my battery was toast, and a new one was put on. I was a little miffed over the situation, but I felt Andrea took great care of this and was going to do whatever was needed. Even my wait time at the dealer was minimal. I appreciated her concern and all she did.”

Working as many hours as we do and always gone during normal delivery hours. It is good to have a safe local business that will receive and hold my package 5 days. I believe it is 5days. “I bought a head light in Lexington today. I tried to put it on and discovered it was high beam when I needed low. I dropped the lamp dust cover and it’s lost in the bottom of my car now. I returned it to the big hill store and the man says alright I’ll go out this on for you. I was like huh? You’re going to put it on?? The lex store never offered, I probably would have to spend $25 on a new cover if they had.”

What I needed assistance with was not an easy project to help with, they were all very patient, got the book they needed and helped me get what I needed, then I had to exchange one of the tools I bought, but not because of anything they had done, it was my fault but they treated me like it was not a problem...definitely will be shopping there in the future!”

“They did a good job, but it took 2 1/2-3 months to get my pickup truck back. They said it was due to parts, but it does make me wonder if they subcontracted out the work? Parts would be the excuse i used as well if it was me, i even drove by there once to see if it was being worked on, i couldn't find it but thats not to say it wasn't there. When I dropped it off, their entire facility was packed with vehicles, like lucky to find a parking spot type of full. When I picked it up, it whi uas a ghost town it been so long. But I'm still happy with the repairs and would recommend them.”

“I looked all over for a new battery for my Prius until I stumbled upon Celltech Batteries. Couldn’t ask for a better experience with the owner/operator Mikey Abell. Very educated about these cars and the whole battery reconditioning process. Not only did he drive 3 hours to install it at my house but he test drove the car with me afterwards to make sure it was as good as new. With gas prices these days, I am stoked to have my Prius back up and running. Very worth the money and will be sending everyone I know to do business here.
